Bartender was almost offended when I asked for my total before he charged my card. I have a corporate card…I need an itemized record and I need to know it’s charged correctly. HB on my receipt. Also tacos are good but if you don’t like spice stay far away from beef. To me sooooo spicy!!

At least have some sort of list or tech your 'bartenders' something.

Went here a few times , I used the restroom and it was littered with empty herion baggies .. same night a girl was passed out at a table in front of the security team I informed bartender then they acted and helped her ..the security team is part of the problem I think they are the drug dealers and run an after hours .. I'm surprised nobody has overdosed here .. if the owner reads this please do something fast

Wasn't very clean. Took about 10 minutes to get service when it wasn't very busy at all. Solid place to hang out and play pool. I enjoyed my visit although I firmly believe it could be better. Bathroom had no paper towels and smelt like urine. Overall a solid bar.

The bartender tonight was extremely rude. He made the wrong drinks and wanted to argue/ go back and forth instead of correcting his mistake. He was very cocky/ arrogant. I normally go to this bar but this will be my last time going to this bar. He was not helpful at all.

A major shoutout to Phil, my friend and I came to jays for a good time and we ordered some food well with how crazy it is, my fries came out and I wasn’t made aware of it so they got cold, Phil immediately was like let me get you a fresh batch since you waited so long, I immediately was like thank you so much what’s your name and he told me. He never got an attitude or made me feel that my feelings were invalid because I waited and we needed to see what was going on! I definitely appreciate everything he did or us, Phil you are amazing person and thank you for making our final celebration before the 2024 year a success! You rock! -Sarai and Dakota ?

Me and my friend came as a birthday celebration before i went home. We ordered a couple drinks, as well as an order of cheese fries; our server Phil was awesome. He made us feel comfortable just chilling sipping on our drinks and eating our fries; I almost forgot to mention that our fries had became Cold and he completely replaced them!!
Liquor drinks are overpriced for what you get. Beer was fantastic. Bar service was slower than you'd expect. The live DJ was great. Pool tables were great.

BRIAN THE BARTENDER is super disrespectful and has no hospitality/ mannerism he kicked us out for simply playing pool and having a good time. If the owner/ manager is reading this you need to have a talk with your employee he is the person who is completely going to ruin your business please ask him about this situation and please play back cameras to see how rude he was to costumers visiting from out of Dallas Texas. Teach him southern hospitality he obviously has no skills in that subject. I hope you make the right choice for longevity in your business.. he had no remorse for his actions, attitude and negative decorum during our visit.

This is a wanna be club. Overly loud music. Terrible food that's overpriced. Management thinks to highly of themselves and get aggressive if you complain about anything. The main customer is mentally deficient college students spending parents money. The cover charge is bogus. Pay money to be packed in like a sardine. Then, never be able to order because there is no way to get to the bar. Security think they are police and will put hands on you for anything it was cold in there once and I had my hood on for warmth they grabbed a handful of my hood and yanked it off my head while I was sitting down apparently assault isn't benith them and they didn't even bother to ask first.Basically, the bar is run by thugs with delusions of grandour, and greed is rife amongst the riffraff.I would give it 0 stars if I was able to.

Food is horrible and freezer burnt 95%. The cook never has adequate food to cook. Always running out of things. The bartenders are amazing tho. the security team is horrendous. Place has gone downhill. It’s seems to be more like it’s turning into jays 2. Only a matter of time before they are shut down. Don’t recommend eating or attending this place. Management doesn’t care even if you complain. It tossed in the trash and discarded. Or you get treated as if you’re in the wrong. And then you get out if you disagree or voice your opinion.
