The soft serve is amazing! Great prices, great service, and all very fast!

The shaved ice is also great because unlike some places, they don’t drown the ice in syrup. It’s a perfect balance. Definitely better than other local places.

My children love Jimmy T’s and that’s all that matters to me. However, their German chocolate flavor is excellent. My only criticism would be they don’t do discounts for veterans with an ID.

Krista makes a horrible atmosphere. My girlfriend and I rarely see one another due to our busy schedules, so we decided on jimmy T’s as a half way point, to enjoy an ice cream and each others company. After we had finished our ice cream we decided we should leave the benches they offer for other people arriving and chat in the car (we both have worked in the service industry). While chatting and just being happy to see my girlfriend, Krista pulls up. We think nothing of it and continue chatting. Then she proceeds to tap aggressively on our window and say “this isn’t the place for that”. I proceed to open the door and say “the place for what”? She repeats herself again and then again while laughing. With no answer as to what the problem is. 5 minutes later Krista starts setting off her car alarm I turn back and see her laughing inside she does this 3 more times, only stopping when new guest show up (extremely immature). I leave my girlfriends car once I have to head to work and quickly after Krista goes to her car. As she is pulling away she is smiling and waving at me. I have been in the service industry 7 years and have never seen a worker so “Karen”. I proceed to get out of my car and ask the young workers if that is their manager or owner they say she’s not. I tip them ten dollars for having to deal with her. I have an old coworker there who told me that krista said my girlfriend and I were having inappropriate public acts. I’m truly disgusted by krista, for her to make something up that graphic to the teenagers she works with is horrifying. I don’t understand how you can employ a person like that.
