Ordered the 5-piece tender big box. 2 sides were coleslaw and half-filled fries. It had literally 5 fries. Also got the brownies which, despite the sign pricing them at $5, were $6.99. They were also half-baked. So for $22 and change, I got 5 small tenders, coleslaw, half of the fries, a hard biscuit, a drink with a lot of ice (not lite ice), and a tray of brownies that are half-baked. That being said, I do like the food.

They definitely have a policy to always have you pull around and park to minimize their official per customer service time. The lower amount of time they keep you at the window the better their service scores are with corporate. So what they do is ALWAYS have you leave the window as soon as you pay. It doesn’t matter if there’s no one behind you. It doesn’t matter if the food would be ready quickly anyway. You are ALWAYS asked to drive around and park and by the time someone...
