I usually have a good experience but this time our dinner orders were incorrect our dinner salads were 2 different salads( they should have been the same). Only one salad was brought with the meal the other was missing and had to be made. There was loaded potatoes with my husband's steak when he specifically told them not to put cheese on his mashed potatoes. They took his plate and brought back the plate with the steak his mashed potatoes didn't come back to the table until after he was thru eating. The manager just said we had to wait for the potatoes to be heated, thru her hands in the air and walked away. They need to learn consistency and an order to how meals should come to the table. They did not offer a discount or a dessert for their horrible service. I'm very disappointed in the attitude of the manager.

They set us at a bench right beside six tables that had been put together and had a lot of very loud people there. And of course our waitress was more concerned with them I guess hoping for a big tip then she was with us being it was just me and my mom. First off we ordered sweet tea and my mother wanted lemon to go with it It took 20 minutes for her to bring the lemon to us then another 15 minutes to come take our order when we already had the menu set down like the lady said to do when we were ready. My meal was pretty good My mother ordered a chicken sandwich and instead of the fries she asked for a Caesar salad. 20 minutes after we started eating my mother was almost done her sandwich We finally were able to get somebody to come to us and she asked about her salad and they said oh we'll bring it to you and she said well I'm almost done I don't want it now Will they brought it anyhow so I asked for a manager. Someone came over who I assumed was the manager since I had asked for a manager to come over. We explained our situation They pretty much made excuses, said they'd get the message to the manager and my mom said they brought my salad when I already said I didn't want it so can you please take it off of the receipt. Then our waitress was over there every couple minutes because the big table was gone bringing me to go containers for my food, to go cups for our leftover tea. I was very disappointed. Mainly because we were just made to feel like we didn't matter because it was only two of us. It was lunch time, so what if it was only two of us We still mattered.

I used to enjoy eating lunch here frequently. Since they’ve allowed smoking at the outdoor bar area the entire restaurant reeks of cigarette smoke. It’s disgusting while trying to enjoy a meal. I won’t plan on going back until they figure out how to keep the cigarette smell/air from drifting into the inside of the restaurant.
