I had lunch with my son there yesterday, and the service was exceptional. My server was great. But what stood out was the kitchen manager. He had just gotten off work and happened to hear a comment as he was passing by. He stopped and made sure we were happy with our meals. He went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience. Love the attention and hospitality.
It was the first time for my 13-year-old son and it's been years since I've been to Kickback Jack's. It was exceptionally busy as there was an NFL playoff game on. Luckily, we were able to get a table and enjoy an excellent appetizer, the Philly cheese steak egg rolls. They were much better than expected. Then we had burgers. We'd go back again to try other foods as we had a great time and a great meal.

Great place. Took my husband for a birthday lunch. Great waitress, great selection of beer and alcohol. Fast service. Only kinda complaint is they over cooked the steak but I told my husband that now one wants to hand out a raw steak!
