I waited over 20 mintutes for takeout to have my order entered wrong. The food and service is great but please double check the order before taking payment. I specifically said steak and shrimp and he looked at it on the menu with me. I didn’t want to wait extra time for the shrimps to be done. I’m so disappointed.
We love Kobe in Southpoint. We have always had a wonderful experience here but today was the best hibachi experience we have ever had! We have three small children and they absolutely LOVED how interactive Chef Eric was with them! Chef Eric had fire tricks that we had never seen before and kept us all laughing and in awe throughout the whole experience. The food was cooked to perfection and amazingly flavorful. My daughter was having a bad evening, and Joey made her laugh and forget her troubles. All our kids loved it! His jokes were spot on, and great.
The food was great (with enough fat, salt, and sugar, anything is tasty) but the rice was grand! Great steak, great shrimp, all was great. Seaweed salad was fantastic!
