Everything was AMAZING. But the chicken was so moist and flavorful, best I've had in a long time! Service was fantastic. I enjoy walking into establishments where workers are happy and want to be there, it provides for a happier and more enjoyable atmosphere. And when the owner(s) come out to mingle, it allows customers to ask questions and get to know them on a personal basis. Overall we loved everything to include the music and beautiful painting on the wall. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This chicken is ridiculous, good ridiculous. I don’t know what kind of magical seasonings and methods she uses but this is the best roasted chicken I’ve ever had. I’m close to 50 and grew up eating chicken and I don’t care if my elder family members see this and get insulted, this chicken is the best I’ve ever had.

Very clean. Carne asada burrito with the fries inside is 10000% worth it! The smoked sauce is absolutely amazing. Worth the trip for sure.

So we decided to try this new spot and WOW I could not have been happier that we did. Food was amazing!! The chicken is so good. All sides we tried were fantastic. The staff was wonderful and the place was spotless. You will not regret trying Lauritas.

Absolutely delicious! Everything was 5 stars. We got the 1/2 chicken, the carne asada burrito and a cheese quesadilla for the kids. Food came out fast and fresh. The sauces were killer (we tried all three but recommend the spicy and mild). The food was great even my picky 4 year old ate the chicken. Will definitely be back.

This place is a gem. We took our entire family and bought a little of everything to try. The carne asada and birria tacos are the best I've had in Fredericksburg and they're massive. The kids enjoyed the quesadilla and the burritos which were also humongous. The pollo a la brasa was terrific. The sides are great and again the portions are generous. And the handmade corn tortillas are perfect. The salsas were also great. Also, how does a Mexican restaurant have the best fries in Fredericksburg? And finally the agua frescas we tried were just like I remember growing up in Los Angeles. We were stuffed and took home two to go boxes full of food. I can't recommend this place enough. Just go if you haven't been. Everything is fresh and on point. Can't wait to go back again.

Had an early lunch at Laurita’s chicken. It was our first time. The place was VERY clean and the food was DELICIOUS!! We both got carne asada tacos and the chicken tacos and they were 10/10. Extra props for the tortillas being made fresh and they were HUGE! I also saw that they have Pozole on Friday & Saturday so I will def be back for that as well and to try EVERYTHING else on the menu! The salsas were delicious. They gave us a smoky salsa, an avocado-lime, and a spicy salsa. All DELICIOUS!! Definitely an amazing hidden gem and I am sad that this was my first time trying it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is in the Breezewood shopping center off of Courthouse Rd. Where Big Lots and Starbucks are.

So I have been hearing about this spot for a couple of months now and finally got a chance to taste the food if I had a carne asada burrito and a fries and everything was excellent I wish I could give you all 10 stars. I will be back

Restaurant is storefront with 6 tables for dining in; staff is friendly; food is awesome!!! We eat their food at least once or twice a week. We always get enough for leftovers so price reflects a chicken quesadilla, quesabirria (spicy beef quesadilla), large rice & large pico (which is ALWAYS fresh)!
