Logan's Roadhouse

I loved Logans when it was out in Fairfax. It's been years, but I didn't really enjoy lunch today. I'll leave it at that. My son enjoyed his meal, though, so 3 stars.

Placed a To-Go order during a busy time (Saturday afternoon) in the restaurant. Food was ready on time (5:08 p.m.).

The steaks were very overdone, the sweet potato was completely missing, and the Mississippi brownie was just a brownie, without any toppings. Additionally, left out the house ranch and the A1 sauce.

5 stars for atmosphere, because we ate at home. Overall, for the money spent, I would not give this place a good recommendation.

I don’t know why so many things seem to go wrong at this restaurant. They were great up until Covid 2020 shut them down for a while. Now it seems that every dinner there has a high risk of at least one thing going wrong.

What I will say is that if you choose to gamble and eat here, stick to the grilled meats and that may reduce the risk of something going wrong. The loaded sweet potato was good too.

Also the staff and management here seem very nice and we found them willing to try to make things right, if they can.

The food was very good. The waiter was professional. However, when the host seated us and gave us our silverware. The napkin around it was filthy. It appeared to have a dirty shoe print on it; as though the napkin had felled on the floor and some stepped on it. Then used, the napkin to wrap the silverware. We let the waiter see it when she arrived.

I’ve had great experiences at other locations but I ordered from this location for my family tonight and the entire order was awful. Half the food was missing and the other half was cold or poorly made. $150 wasted. I’m incredibly disappointed. I expect but from this brand.

Fire the cook immediatel The meat was way under cooked. the service sucked. There was probably only 4 people running the entire restaurant. Save your money, go anywhere else in that area.

Just visited and will not return again. Seated quickly. Gave drink and food order upfront. Waited for over 30 minutes and walked up to the waiter stand, our drinks and rolls were sitting there so brought them to our table. Another 15 minutes walk up to see about our food. Waiters are just laughing and carrying on. Saw our food and took it. One girl tries to say I cant take the food, so I respond that no one was bringing it to us. Sorry to have to change my review and write the truth of this experience from just a few months ago.

I havent visited a Logan's Roadhouse in a few years. Id forgotten how much I enjoyed their food and the great atmosphere. We had a wonderful waitress and enjoyed our visit.

Went in for a quick birthday lunch, Brad was our server and I’ll tell you what. I have NEVER had a server like him, he was professional, kind, efficient, and very informative. He deserves a raise! Definitely will be back at THIS location again, please don’t shut down.

Logans used to be so good . What has happened to you ? Ordered pickup tonight , I should have checked the order before I left. Server had part of my order sitting while waiting on the rest for about 5 minutes. We ordered chopped steak with gravy and onions with fried apples and green beans plus a grilled steak salad. Got to the house, no green beans or gravy and onions, steak on the salad was very bland, no grill marks or taste and lettuce was soggy and wilted. Best part of the meal were the rolls. I live 7 miles away but it takes about 15 minutes to get there , if I was closer I would have bought this order right back . Gonna be awhile if ever if we come dine with you again.

The worse curbside experience ever. 10-15 minutes after the text said it was ready and on the way out, I had to go in and get the food. The food sitting on a counter not even complete and getting cold. After I left the parking lot I checked the food it was indeed cold. The urgency to get my food or to check to see if it was still hot was non existent by the staff. I was too pissed to go back and deal with it. HORRIBLE

Fredericksburg, location still wasn't open at a quarter after eleven on a wednesday morning.What the hell guys come on..

Went for the prime rib and it was delicious waitress was great too went back for prime rib but was to early but my filet was great and the waitress was amazing went back they didn’t have the prime rib anymore but my rib eye was really good and the waitress was really great 3 out 3 thumbs up 👍

The food was not cooked all the way, it took them 4 hours to bring us the food, the dr pepper was straight up root bear

Waitress rarely ever came to my table but visited the other table numerous times

Everything was delicious, especially the rolls!
Trout was the best!
