It was easy to find a table.

Food was good but the service was so bad I'll probably never come back. The restaurant was virtually empty but our waitress was to busy with standing around and carrying on loudly that she forgot my kids drinks, didn't bring us any rolls until we asked someone else for some, never refilled our drinks, never brought my husband his side for his meal, and was so disinterested in doing her job that even when we were ready to leave and I mentioned it, she didnt even notice because she was still goofing off with the person on the other side of the booth. I don't think I've ever had worse service than I did today.

Very disappointed. Food was horrible. Tasted like a TV dinner, my daughter’s food was sent back several times because they couldn’t seem to get it right. I don’t blame the server, he was awesome and tried to be as accommodating as possible. They were not very busy, based on the fact I saw food dying in the window when we walked in while there were 5 teenagers standing around the host stand, the server we got seemed to be the only one doing their job. Should have left as soon as I walked in after that, but live and learn and won’t be back

Ordered a BBQ burger and mozzarella sticks. Bbq was passable, but the fries and mozzarella sticks were the most undercooked fries and mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had. “Golden brown” is the expectation for fried food, not ghostly white.

Person with me also was given the wrong food. They ordered ribs and received “stick to the bone” ribs that were chewy, tough, and luke warm. The service was slow and unresponsive as well.

I’d recommend anywhere else

First and last visit. Service was excellent. Very attentive and kind. Food on the other hand, let’s just say, when I got home I was battling explosive diarrhea and feeling horrible. I ate two bites of the undercooked chicken and that’s all she wrote. Fried mushrooms were full of grease. The soup had a chemical taste. We were hoping to have an alternative to our normal spot because they are usually packed. Well, Logan’s, you fell short and I paid the price. Financially and physically.

My bartender was great, very attentive and friendly.

The appetizers were flavorful.

I loved Logans when it was out in Fairfax. It's been years, but I didn't really enjoy lunch today. I'll leave it at that. My son enjoyed his meal, though, so 3 stars.

Placed a To-Go order during a busy time (Saturday afternoon) in the restaurant. Food was ready on time (5:08 p.m.).

The steaks were very overdone, the sweet potato was completely missing, and the Mississippi brownie was just a brownie, without any toppings. Additionally, left out the house ranch and the A1 sauce.

5 stars for atmosphere, because we ate at home. Overall, for the money spent, I would not give this place a good recommendation.

I don’t know why so many things seem to go wrong at this restaurant. They were great up until Covid 2020 shut them down for a while. Now it seems that every dinner there has a high risk of at least one thing going wrong.

What I will say is that if you choose to gamble and eat here, stick to the grilled meats and that may reduce the risk of something going wrong. The loaded sweet potato was good too.

Also the staff and management here seem very nice and we found them willing to try to make things right, if they can.

The food was very good. The waiter was professional. However, when the host seated us and gave us our silverware. The napkin around it was filthy. It appeared to have a dirty shoe print on it; as though the napkin had felled on the floor and some stepped on it. Then used, the napkin to wrap the silverware. We let the waiter see it when she arrived.

I’ve had great experiences at other locations but I ordered from this location for my family tonight and the entire order was awful. Half the food was missing and the other half was cold or poorly made. $150 wasted. I’m incredibly disappointed. I expect but from this brand.

Fire the cook immediatel The meat was way under cooked. the service sucked. There was probably only 4 people running the entire restaurant. Save your money, go anywhere else in that area.

Just visited and will not return again. Seated quickly. Gave drink and food order upfront. Waited for over 30 minutes and walked up to the waiter stand, our drinks and rolls were sitting there so brought them to our table. Another 15 minutes walk up to see about our food. Waiters are just laughing and carrying on. Saw our food and took it. One girl tries to say I cant take the food, so I respond that no one was bringing it to us. Sorry to have to change my review and write the truth of this experience from just a few months ago.

I havent visited a Logan's Roadhouse in a few years. Id forgotten how much I enjoyed their food and the great atmosphere. We had a wonderful waitress and enjoyed our visit.
