I wish they would get more hype!!! Manager John was super approachable and understanding and hostess Maddy should probably be a flight attendant or biology major or sum (I love to travel)...I can't wait to eat some fried pickles 🥒🥒🥒

Honestly our first red flag was a bunch of empty tables on a FRIDAY evening. However we didn’t pay quite much attention to that, then we ordered our regular drinks and alcoholic beverages those came relatively in a good time, afterwards we moved into appetizers and those came out in about 45 ish minutes so as time progresses the waiter comes out to apologize stating that they only have two cooks in the kitchen, we thank her for her honesty and we wait now the time rolls to roughly an hour, (we arrived at 6pm and left at 9pm) our food comes out separately as in everyone ate at different times because they were bringing 2-3 plates at around 30 minutes apart. (We were a party of 10) well the last two plates took an additional 45 minutes to deliver because the kitchen ran out of mashed potatoes and had to make more? So they were served there steak and had to literally wait on their sides.. there was multiple issues with meals such as flavor, slimy ribs, undercooked salmon, overcooked tenders, incorrect dressing on salad, wrong side dish with entree. The waiter herself and the host was very nice, very polite and made the experience good, but the food itself was probably one of the worst things I had to deal with. This is absolutely by far the slowest and nastiest Logan's I had ever ate at and I was in disbelief it was even a Logans. It was disappointing and when it was all said and done I definitely see why the tables were empty here on a Friday night. Just take the wait at Texas roadhouse or longhorn but do not go here.

It once was before that. Consider giving it a try if you are a casual steakhouse lover but don’t love the wait and cost of Texas Roadhouse or outback

Drink order took 30 minutes past my food arriving when it was almost empty. I really don’t understand the wait. Beans were canned and tasted like pure salt. They were almost brown. Two stars instead of one because the food from the kids menu was actually appetizing compared to the normal menu.
Ordered a family meal through door dash tonight. Everything arrived sealed in the bags (see delivery photo). While eating my salad I felt something weird while chewing and pulled a piece of plastic halfway out of my throat from the salad.

Our server was great. She was polite and attentive and kept us informed on the status of our drinks and food. Food was inconsistently cooked. Plates and glasses were either not washed or were just still greasy. The wine glasses had stuff smeared on them so we didnt even use them. And someone in our party opened their silverware and there was dried something(see pic for reference).Onion rings came out complete cold and grease logged. Half of everyone's fries for their side were cold and shrimp was cold and possibly not cooked through(some were still kinda clear). Steaks came out wrong. Medium rare was well done, rare was medium well and the other rare steak was rare, medium and well done in different parts. The server was very helpful and gave us fresh fries and shrimp that were hot and cooked through. She did apologize for the steaks but we were already just trying to eat and go home at that point.

Worst Service every received. In this place which was not busy. Never got any food ! Ordered tea and chips and cheese dip. The cheese dip tasted like they dropped a salt bottle in it. After 1 hour and 10 minutes we waved down out server and ask about our order as people around us came in after we did and they got there food and was eating. He came back and said it would be 10 more minutes. After 20 minutes more I simply ask for the check. He said he would have to get a manager to take off the meals. 15 more minutes went but and this Women walked up to the table and stood there not saying anything
Finally I assume she was the Manager. She said I am one of them. She did not have our check. I told her we were leaving and ask her was 26.00 enough for the two teas and the appetizer. She only said that would be more than enough . No other words ! One and a half hours and no food. Also building was freezing ! Never again !

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Logan’s Roadhouse. I was the only Black customer in the restaurant and dining alone, and I requested to sit by the window due to personal health reasons. Instead, I was placed in the middle of the dining room at a booth big enough to accommodate 6 people. —even though the window section was empty at the time and accommodate a maximum of 2 people. Minutes later, several white customers were seated in the exact area I had asked for. This felt intentional. One is a coincidence but more than one is intentional.
When I asked to speak with the manager, Emily approached Maddie (the employee who denied my seating request) before speaking to me. Her words sounded polite, but her body language and expression showed she had no genuine concern. Instead of taking accountability or offering a real solution, she asked me how I wanted to be accommodated. By then, I was so uncomfortable I bagged my food, paid, tipped my server John who was EXCEPTIONAL(please ask for him) , and left. I even had to leave my cocktail untouched because I no longer felt welcome.
This was my first visit, and sadly it will be my last. No guest should experience this kind of treatment.
Just had lunch here and it was my first time going to a Logan's. So let's start things off with the service was bad. Little to no interactions at all. Place my order at my food waited for a while and then got my check lol. Like didnt recommend me for any dessert. Like ok I'll pay and leave then. Let's go to the food. The steak was great and tasted so delicious. Mash potatoes were good also. The rice was trash. Just take it off the menu. It tasted like soap 🧼. Do not get the rice at all!! Rolls were also so good and buttery. Overall would I go back there again. Maybe because of the steak but not because of the service. Also it was slow so its not like it was busy.

We spent TWO HOURS in the restaurant the majority of the time was waiting for the food. Afternoon visit, very few customers. Seated promptly, no ask for starting beverages for 15 min. Rolls ill times to rest of meal. No customer service...flat out unacceptable...but boy..did they want me to pay quickly. Ribs were fine, my logan steak was not cooked correctly nor did it seem like real meat. I will never go again. This was a wasted 100.00.

Front of house seems disconnected from the back. Ordered two entrees and an app, and only one entree arrived complete; the other one only had an add-on, upon which we were informed that the entree was no longer being served. Spent a good chunk of time waiting for a replacement dish (and the original appetizer).
Highly recommend avoiding.
Jameson and ginger ale took 20 minutes to hit the table. Salad about the same . Then 5 minutes later food was at the table. We also put our kids food in at the beginning and it took quite a long time . Probably won’t be coming back.
