Louie's team was incredible! They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We had 160 people at our wedding. The team used a single bar and I don't think there was ever a time the line was any longer than a few people. They were very efficient and the drinks were tasty. We had a signature drink (margaritas) and they offer guests a drink list to help them make decisions. By pre-making some of the more common drinks they can keep people focused and moving along.There are a couple of things Lou provides that are a huge benefit if you are having an event at a farm or other external structure:- They provide ice- They have industrial coolers. They needed very little time to be able to get our champagne, beer, & white wine cold- They provide the garnishes, napkins, cups, etc. as a service per head. This is a HUGE deal when you realize that buying all these things individually is quite difficult to pin down numbers wise.The team was super professional and our guests thought the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend this vendor.

After choosing Lou to bartend our wedding, it immediately became clear that we made the right decision. He met with us multiple times to discuss logistics, and even created a personalized alcohol shopping list for us. His feedback and expertise were invaluable, and without him, we would have been lost. And, when our wedding day came in May (along with the wind, cold, and rain for our entirely outdoor) Lou and his team were so flexible and professional, brewing up the hot coffee before the ceremony even started to keep our guests from getting hypothermia! All of our guests raved about the cocktails that they made, and how friendly Lou's team was. In sum, we highly recommend Lou; hire him, and we guarantee you will not be disappointed!
