My wife and I were recommended by Keri at Arbor Haven Weddings to have Louie and his team to bartend our wedding. He discusses what drinks you want to be served and if you're not sure, has different packages and allowing you to either buy the alcohol/wine/beer yourself (to save a few dollars) or for his team to buy it. I would highly recommend Louie.
