I had the mango pineapple smoothie and two spinach patties with a nice hot coco bread...and the customer service was exceptional!!!

I’ve tried to get to this place for a minute. Finally arrived and they’re actually open. I was stocked I started to order & was cut off by the cashier stating they didn’t have any of what I asked for. I then was going to order what they head but she said they didn’t actually have those either bc they were cooking. I said I’d come back. I went back another day. You could tell they were not expecting a customer. The cashier third time was too stunned to speak. I then asked if the head the patties today she said uhhh yea. I said ok is it just the beef and cheese to which she replied um uhhhh yea yea. I was reluctant but ordered two. They were hot but dry as all get out. I really was excited for this spot. Maybe I’ll try another time idk

Tried the jerk chicken sandwich and it was dry, full of bones, cartilage, and tasted like it was old, which it was and the bread as well. The new employee there was very nice thankfully. But would not recommend this place. Terrible food and drinks.

We went to Mangoes for the first time and didn't know how it was going to be but turned out really good!!!!!!!!!! We got mango pineapple smoothie and hibiscsus juice.

Mangoes!!! Wowza, they rocked our taste buds today!We just tried the peach smoothie, strawberry banana smoothie, chicken curry Jamaican pattie, and spicy beef Jamaican pattie feom Mangoes . The pastry on the patties were flaky and fresh. The fillings hit my love of spice just right.The smoothies were thick, fresh, not too sweet and better than any smoothie I have ever had before!They also have shakes, but we didn't try those. If they are as thick and delicious as the smoothies..... oh man...no words!The service was friendly and quick.You've got to try this little Fredericksburg gem. It is behind Cowboy Jack's.

First time visit and the location is not at all appealing, but the smoothie and spinach patty was very good! Service was friendly and speedy. I wanted to try the spinach and cheese, to which they didn't have, so I tried the shrimp and did not like that one. I will return in the future!

I’ve been a multiple times now and I’d say it can be great or just okay. The number one problem is the consistency of how well the food is.My wife and I’s first time, the food was spectacular. J*** Chicken Sandwich, beef and cheese patty, spinach and cheese patty, and an order of coco bread. Smoothies were great too! We thought we found our new place! In the times to come, the inconsistencies and inconveniences started to pop up.Patties we wanted would take 30 minutes because they’re in the oven. I get it, you have to cook ‘em, but from my POV, I don’t have that time to wait if this is considered fast food. The sandwiches were consistently made with different bread, tastes good but it’s not like the first time. The coco bread was also different than the first time we had it. Maybe it’s the brand or how it’s being cooked but it’s just off.Overall, a decent place but because of how different it can be every time I go, it’ll be a stop I make much fewer and far between.

Trust the other reviews. They’re out of everything. I settled for a beef patty since it was all they had- not good. Coming from an islander. It was overcooked and probably from the frozen food section of the local grocery store chain. I was excited it it quickly turned disappointing.

I got the Mango Pineapple smoothie! It was fantastic!! So sweet and I can tell it’s real mangos! Broderick offered great service!
Other reviews were right, they’re out of everything. Patties are just like ones you can buy frozen, not homemade, nothing special and they’re not even cooked well to have crispy crust or anything. On top of all that, my peach smoothie was just ice and frozen peaches! $7 for ice and frozen peaches? Seriously? I couldn’t even drink it, it was not even smoothie consistency. At least add some milk or water or something. Will never return. Would like my money back too because I threw it all away, it was not worth $5 and not worth my time to drive down there.

So in the rain and looking for a quick snack, I went to Mangoes and I must say, a pipping hot beef patty and a cold pineapple soda hit the spot! Don't forget to get one to take home...you will regret it! Raining in F'burg, but I just went to Jamacia! ?

Tried a mango pineapple smoothie and beef patty! I’m a happy camper, I really enjoyed the beef patty and the smoothie taste just like what it has. Overall, great experience. There was a kind gentleman there who attended us. Hope to come back soon.
