Great ice cream, okay customer service
Commending outstanding customer service by KoKo! He pleasantly greeted us in the drive thru and welcomed us with positive energy and kindness, wanting to make sure we were 100% satisfied, also had a dynamite personality and such a great spirit! We were very indecisive, ordering for kids, etc.. he was so kind, patient and funny. It is not often you find this service these days, and I thought it was worth leaving this review to commend KoKo! Sky's warm welcome and attentive nature create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. The drive-thru service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The food, including bagels and munchkins, is always good quality. The location, which combines Dunkin and Baskin-Robbins, features a nice outdoor seating area and a variety of fun ice cream flavors to choose from. While there may be a smaller selection of flavors, the outstanding customer service makes up for it.
