They were NOT busy. Many menu items were OUT. I ordered in but the brought my food as if I was leaving. I asked for a tray..it was filthy. So I asked for the paper they used to put on trays .. they were out. The manager didn't offer me any solutions nor did he apologize or anything. I'm not sure he ever spoke to me at all. so I covered it with napkins. Our cheeseburgers were barely warm. I was very disappointed in this place and won't go to that store again.

i went to this mcdonalds to get a burger, and i kindly asked for no cheese no onions. i look in the bag they proceeded to put cheese on my burger and more i don't recommend going to this mcdonalds its very nasty in the inside and the workers arent friendly at all.

Won't be going here again, they can't seem to remember simple requests and they're always put of things, they forget straws and sauces constantly , the employees are too lazy to go out and cross things out that they are out of. They also forgot my collectable to my McdonaldLand meal. Go to the Chatham heights McDonald's it is superior in every way

Took 15 minutes after paying to get my food. Then the guy at the window asked for the receipt to figure out our order. Kept pulling up his pants and digging his hands in the food bags. Asked for extra fries with the kids meal, didn’t get them also didn’t get my small sweet tea for the meal as well. Will not be coming back to this location

This is a real hit or miss place based on the staff of the day.
Stealing peoples money! Having people pay for their full order but not even giving them everything. Of course I went to check the bag but they have been stuffing everything together in 1 bag. Paid for 2 double quarter pounders and only got 1. Also paid for a mcchicken and mcddouble and did not get the McDouble. Didn’t realize anything was missing until I was home over half an hour away. Then I call and guess what their phone number is not in service! Shame on you McDonalds.

Old building but very busy McDonald's due to being close to ferry farm elementary school. Service is fast, and food is standard for McDonald's. I don't ever hesitate stopping in here to grab the kids a few happy meals and me a large diet coke. Never ordered ice cream, so not sure how often that machine is broke. Hahaha you know.
