This place deserves a 20/10 frfr!!! Everytime my husband I come here the atmosphere is chill and welcoming. Very clean on the inside as well. Our order is always right and tastes fresh and yummy!!! Definitely our favorite place to go to.

This McDonald's is bar far the worst in Fredericksburg...I know I speak for the majority of the community when I say this. The only reason we support it is because it's closest in the community...They hardly ever get your order correct...the management definitely needs work...smdh...no customer service skills or people skills...I was there Sunday around 6ish..I went thru Drive Thru as I majority do...ordered 2 double hamburgers no pickles add tomatoes...simply order...they messed that up...then they attempted to remake it...messed it up again by adding cheese...smh...threw my food at me...mumbled something that I couldn't make out...the 1st window order taker Kudos to you...superb sevice...mgmnt and shift leader / crew trainer...im just lost for words...

The nuggets and fries were fresh and tasty. Their staff has delayed reaction to guests entering the restaurant, standing at the front counter and everyone isn't being acknowledged or greeted timely or properly.

Came in tonight at 850. Using the app we sat in the drive thru for 10 min. The gentleman in front of me yelled 3 times to see if they were paying attention. No one answered. We go around him and see just one other vehicle in line at the payment window so they're not busy at the drive thru. My Wife goes in to get the order and there was 2 other people inside. The Manager a Spanish Woman was yapping on her personal phone attempted to help us mind you just an iced coffee. She started making the drink and walked away without finishing, on her phone the whole time still continuously chatting and couldn't let my wife know they were out of coffee so she continued waiting till a regular employee came to help. She then found out they didn't have coffee. My Wife spent a total of 25 min in and out of the store for nothing. No apology for the wait. Definitely don't go there for fast food. NI88 is my code for the app if you guys wanna offer us a refund. Would've given 0 stars if it was possible. Thanks.

Pulled off Burke Pkwy.; because of roadwork there, ingress iffy. Counter help was intuitive and promptly right on time. I swear the prices were much lower than Reston's where I live. Service and value
I go to McDonald’s to get dinner and they take my order and tell me to pull to the first window to pay and as I pull to the first window, nobody is there but the windows wide open. I sat there for a good while before somebody came to the window and then started making inappropriate remarks to me calling me, baby…….. I go to the second window and I immediately get handed my food and then the drinks and they’re not even labeled which ones Diet Coke or Dr Pepper there was really no communication and then I get home and my food isn’t even fresh… I asked for sauce did not get any. Just poor customer service
