I waited in line at the drive through on Tuesday night 1/6/26. Was about to place my order but was told they weren’t taking orders anymore. Everyone in front of me while I waited got to order. It was 10:07 pm?? And there were people sitting inside the McDonald’s.

The food was good like usual here. The food was nice and hot! I didn't wait too long for my order either! The frappe machine and ice cream machine were working well this time! With that being said is a hard thing to find sometimes at these type of locations!

How do you promote a game, and never have the pieces on half the items. I take my monopoly really serious. I order two large fries both came with no piece. I order a big Mac last week and it also had no piece.

Probably the worst McDonald’s in the area. Maybe even the worst I’ve ever been to. Opens late. Drive thru takes 30 minutes minimum. You’re better off going to a sit down.

Don’t waste your time here, they’re so slow and always the cars line reaches out to highway. When I asked the lady talking to me about the problem she said it’s only me and 2 person here then I said you should let your supervisor know about this issue because you have lost a lot of customers then she told me you have a nice day, she did not serve me by saying you’re complaining. Then I asked her who’s your supervisor, she said it’s me So unprofessional. The supervisor is so mean.

Do not waste your time at this McDonald's. I will say the girl at the drive-thru register was sweet and nice but whoever was working the food gave up on life. I waited 10 minutes without a single other person there or in line for the stalest, grossest food. Went back and had to ask them to remake it it was so bad, somehow I still got rock hard, old world, military tack fries. Like they over cooked them in the fires of hell to compensate for the old stale ones I got the first time. This was the 2nd time I've been there and the 2nd time I had to ask for it to be remade, which I dont think I have ever done at a McDonald's in my life. It will be the last. Just save yourself. It ain't worth it.
Felt very unwelcomed walked in and the head manager looked at me went to the back twice there was no one inside or in drive thru so they weren't busy she never took my order just ignored me for 20mins until I just walked out. Very disappointed???

This place deserves a 20/10 frfr!!! Everytime my husband I come here the atmosphere is chill and welcoming. Very clean on the inside as well. Our order is always right and tastes fresh and yummy!!! Definitely our favorite place to go to.

This McDonald's is bar far the worst in Fredericksburg...I know I speak for the majority of the community when I say this. The only reason we support it is because it's closest in the community...They hardly ever get your order correct...the management definitely needs work...smdh...no customer service skills or people skills...I was there Sunday around 6ish..I went thru Drive Thru as I majority do...ordered 2 double hamburgers no pickles add tomatoes...simply order...they messed that up...then they attempted to remake it...messed it up again by adding cheese...smh...threw my food at me...mumbled something that I couldn't make out...the 1st window order taker Kudos to you...superb sevice...mgmnt and shift leader / crew trainer...im just lost for words...

The nuggets and fries were fresh and tasty. Their staff has delayed reaction to guests entering the restaurant, standing at the front counter and everyone isn't being acknowledged or greeted timely or properly.
