I travel all the time and stop at several McDonald's. I've visited this one at least four times and the experience keeps getting worst. Honestly

Actually like this location but I don’t think I will be retuning here to this location ever.
They give you and anybody food that somebody eles might have left with and came back with .McDonald’s owner don’t need to comment send feedback to your link Becuase you can read it just like the rest of the people’s comments here .
Honestly this is in a great location ,busy ,much potential but the downside for me was service and what occurred I went into this McDonald’s today at lunch time 12:30pm-1pm after my order was wrong at the window which is a common mistake or issue of course .
This location give people old food and food somebody eles might’ve already had .
As I made my way inside to the counter I was able to give them the sandwich back I ordered and placed at the window after I left and looked over my sandwich in my car .
Drove back went inside instead of the line that is unreasonable time because the food going be not hot or thrown all in the bag .
I gave It back to the McDonald’s employee at the counter ,
He then proceeds to give it too the lady making the food in the back I had touched all over that sandwich including them ,
Do you know as a customer spectating and manager myself before driving trucks in the road .they was going to give the food I touched and had my hands all over to the lady who ordered inside standing beside me.
When I got the sandwich honestly mines was now fresh and I threw it right in the trash after they made it .
Becuase I don’t trust this location with that .
And I never comment on how
Yall even give people double dipped in grease fries because they was burnt and hard when I come get them .
Why would I pay 9$ and some change or even more for a different combo meal and leave my change like I do everytime rounded off at the window for too get people who don’t care about what food they give you in food industry now .
Cook at home .

I saw that first hand with that lady who was also shocked that she was going to receive the food I just had gave them back .
she told them don’t give me that .
I feel you .

GENERAL MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! SHE IS THE ONE IN CHARGE OF ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE FLEXI APP BUT LIES AND SAYS YOU HAVE TO CALL A FLEXI. PLEASE GET A NEW HONORABLE MANAGER

My daughter just had my third grandchild 3 days ago. So she made a pickup order. Asked a neighbor to go pick it up. That should have been real easy. But somebody didn't know how to read tonight. She totally didn't get her 4 large french fries. She got somebody else's order. And my grandkids were crying. That's all they eat is french fries!! Not cool! I had to leave my daughter's side to go get the right food. She had a c-section and came home early. Unacceptable service. And I was met with the attitude. By two different associates. I wish I would have got their names. But I wanted to get back to my daughter's house as soon as possible so my grandkids could eat.

All the kiosks were closed and nobody was working the counter. Went to get drinks and the sweet tea was empty, I got the last two large drink lids. Either they got hit very hard at lunch and are under staffed or just running minimal staff. When I was able to order everyone was kind and took care of things. We visited at 3pm on a Thursday.
