We ordered fries and drinks. The fries were hot, which was perfect. My tea was weak. The server never acknowledged us. He handed us our order, that's it.
When I arrived to the drive thru i ordered two sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and ended up with bacon egg and cheese McGriddle I returned to the store at 10:37 after realizing the mistake at and the manager was very rude and un accommodating I asked if she could remake my sandwich’s the correct way and expressed that since it was after breakfast she couldn’t and when I asked for a refund she was very rude about it. She also wasn’t accommodating to the other customers asking for a refund because of his wait time , who ever the breakfast made today 12/21 needs to reevaluate her customer service skills .

Swung by McDonald's to satisfy a late night craving. I decided to go inside instead of the drive through. I ordered on the kiosk, my cheeseburgers and fries were delivered to me quickly, with a smile and cooked to perfection.

Ordered large nugget meal and a cheeseburger plain, I got nothing from my large meal and the cheeseburger had everything on it. On top of that the cup my drank came in had a hair that wasn't mine (long and black). When I went in to confront them about my order they all seemed confused until eventually someone served me, none of them spoke English, very unwelcoming.

3 weeks later and the carbonation on both soda fill stations in the front continues to be not functioning and no sign or warning by the staff. At least if asked they provide one from the back machine
