O'Charley's has a pretty good lunch menu. I wanted Nachos and they had chicken nugget Nachos. Never had that before and I just wanted regular ones with grilled chicken or steak and they really did not offer it on there menu. However, the Waitress checked with the Chef and he did offer to make the grilled chicken Nachos for me after the waitress gave me the price difference. For the side of steak it was a little pricey. The service was great and it was pretty quiet. The restaurant was clean and my friend I enjoyed our visit.

Please avoid this dumpster fire at all costs! I am new to this area, and have been trying local places near me. I have passed by the restaurant, and was intrigued by the chicken nachos. They sounded delicious. I ordered chicken nachos, the lunch special with a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and Loaded Mac and Cheese. First, I have no idea what happened to the packaging, I gently placed my bag on the front seat. The chicken nachos were thrown together, cold, and had this very strong, off putting smell. The chicken itself was gray and stringy. The wrap had the same low quality chicken, and lettuce that was basically bad. No, it was not because the chicken was warm. The Mac and cheese was like a soup, and looked like vomit. I also selected to try the Apple Cobbler. It tasted like really cheap, mushy cooked apples in a low quality buffet (no where near Cracker Barrel). The one good thing about the location was that it was very easy to order online, and a really nice gentleman brought my food out as soon as I pulled up. The manager was understanding when I called back, and refunded my money without requiring me to drive the 20 minutes to return it. The lunch wrap and chicken nachos were $30. The price is no where near worth it. Cheddar’s is so much better in every way. Even Sheetz is a lot better.

Tonight was the first time I went here with my hubby. The service was fantastic. Shout out to Mysti and Rico. The food selections were really good also. We ate the trio sampler with the chicken tenders, cheese, and potato skins as well as the 9 oz. salmon entree on the cedar plank. DELICIOUS. Lots of flavor. The sampler was HOT HOT when they brought it out. Loved that. The cheesecake dessert was delicious also. Nice flavor. We should have come in sooner to dine. We'll definitely be back.

I ordered online and the food was on time. The rolls (5/5) are absolutely delicious to say the least. I got the 6 oz sirloin (3/5) and it didn't really taste like steak but tasted pretty ok with the garlic sauce. The smashed mash potatoes (4/5) were pretty good. The loaded macaroni and cheese (5/5) was really good. I took off a star because of the steak. I will order from this restaurant again.

Visited 1/1/23 We had great service our waitress name was Amy. We was a group of 14 there was no issues plenty of seating. There $14.99 menu was perfect for our large group. No one liked the Mac and cheese. The pork chops & chicken strips were delicious! Ricardo the kitchen manager came out to greet and meet us. That was pretty coolVegetarian options: Like most restaurants plenty of vegetables. They also had fried picklesKid-friendliness: They had their own separate menu, filled with games and came with the pack of crayonsWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking in the front. This place hasn't just gone downhill, it's taken a jump off a steep cliff! My husband and I are not small people. We enjoy food and eat out quite often. We never complain and have only ever asked for a manager to offer praise for service or compliments about the meal. However, the "food" we were served tonight was unlike anything we have ever seen before. Inedible is the nicest thing I can think to describe the "food" we were offered tonight. The server was fantastic. She was very apologetic and said that this has been happening a lot recently. Honestly, she's the only reason I'm giving this restaurant a single star. The manager comped our meals, which we appreciated, but I felt it necessary to warn others before subjecting them to this type of torture. I'm certain that prison food prepared by inmates inside their cell, using the few items they're able to purchase from the prison commissary, would be far better than what we were served tonight. We only took a bite of our meals and are still queasy just thinking about it. Stay away!

This was not a great experience. First time coming here and the hostess could not care less. Mumbled "how many?", then grabbed menus and walked off.Didn't get better when we got to the table, the bench seats had no support and my family was sitting on the wood frame.The server was nice, although did not really do us justice. Had a teenager order a "chicken sandwich", and they never asked to clarify fried or grilled. What teenager eats grilled chicken?!Chicken tenders were fingers and were overcooked. Broccoli was overcooked and only tasted of water and green.Showed veterans ID for 10% discount and didn't get it. But that was ok, cause after my wife visited the restroom, we didn't want to be there anymore.The entire wait staff was not energetic and didn't seem to care. The atmosphere was just bad.Walking out the door, we walked through a conversation between hosts/wait staff who ignored us, no thanks for coming, have a good, nothing.We will not return. There are too many restaurants in Fredericksburg to waste time or money here.

Was pleasantly surprised, Went for lunch. I had the buffalo chicken wrap with fries, the fries are amazing. For those again. My son had the grilled chicken bowl and was very happy with that. Thinking about going there again this week taking my wife. She loves her some good fries

I have been a customer since the opening of this fine establishment. I have seen manager’s, servers and bartenders come and go. Food items here today, gone tomorrow. (Thanks for bringing the meatballs back!) The staff here right now cares about the customers, food and service. They make sure you have a great experience here. Management coming out asking if you need anything, people running food asking if you need anything, other servers asking if you need anything. And that bartender Mysti!!!!! Wow great service! Keep up the great work Ocharleys!
Server was great food was not, tenders were overly done, steak wasn't cooked right so they sent out another for it to not be seasoned, fries look like the sat all day we ordered and app our food came out first then we were told it sat back there so they had to make a new one, this was our second attempt since we thought they deserved a second shot and yea they don't! Far better restaurants for the price. So i spoke with the manager here and he said he couldnt find my review and I told him the details and he said he would call me back in 15 mins that was a week ago and havent heard from him. So yea my review stays and only gets worse when lied to. Be better

Run away!!! I decided to take my family to Ocharleys for dinner yesterday and i regret it with a passion. The service was terrible and the food was even worse. My sister had cut into her steamed broccoli and to our surprise, it was growing mold!! We showed it to our server Brittney who confirmed it sure was mold spore and proceeded to laugh and make jokes of the situation. We asked for the manager where she proceeded to say she takes orders from the chef and they actually don't have a manager. Overall the service and food was extremely disappointing and i will never step foot in this establishment again. Please do not come here!! Run away!!

Highly not recommended!! We sat for 15 minutes waiting for a server and then another 45 minutes for our food..mind you their was only 3 other tables with people in the ENTIRE restaurant. when our food arrived I was missing 2 items and my husband received a completely raw hamburger after ordering a well done one . The manager offered us “soup” for our inconvenience. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant!
