I went to get a chicken sandwich and it was almost $15! Popeyes chicken sandwiches are four dollars and probably much better. Lower your prices.
Sad to say but the bagels my husband bought today were all hard as a rock-stale!!! It's a shame because this is our local Panera. What has happened to the quality here? What a disappointment!
orders are almost always wrong when doing rapid pickup. Tonight it happened yet again. when I arrived there were zero customers in line and 2 orders, one of which was mine, listed on the TV being prepared. called about missing items and the manager who answered didn't care. I was told to come by for a refund or a remake.
I think I won't be coming by for anything here again.
