I'm so tired of service that sucks. You spend $30. Today on fast food. And you could go to a restaurant and eat for a little bit more. And get better service with a THANK YOU. We went there at 7:52 pm guy that waited on me. I don't think he could have been more rude.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. First time wasn’t so pleasant but I decided to give it another try a few weeks later. chicken was black and unseasoned, food was not fresh. I’ve tried calling several times but no response.

I don’t know what it is about Popeyes but they suck at taking orders. I have been to multiple locations and they always manage to mess up the order. I can be as explicitly clear with them as possible and they still manage to get it wrong. I’m starting to think it’s corporate policy to suck. Order your food through the app and check your order before you leave the counter.

The quality of my 8 piece was terrible, the legs & wings, & breast were all shrunken & over done..& they forgot an item before handing the bag..wasn't noticed until I got home, & no receipt provided either.

Went to this Popeyes today (May 20, 2026 around 5:10 PM) through the drive-thru and received some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

The employee taking my order had an extremely hostile attitude from the beginning, almost yelling through the speaker anytime I asked for something. When I got to the payment window, she and other employees were laughing and staring toward my car in a very uncomfortable and unprofessional way.

She refused to properly hand me my receipt and multiple times shut the window while I was still waiting there. She kept turning her back toward me and avoiding eye contact instead of simply giving me the receipt. Because of that, I couldn’t even properly report her at the moment. I also had an important appointment to get to, which made it impossible for me to go inside.

For reference, she was a short latina, heavier-set woman with black hair, tattoos, and a noticeable mole on her face.

Very arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior toward paying customers. Definitely not returning to this location.

Went through the drive through today with an easy order. 12 wings, chicken sandwich, fries and coleslaw. Get home and no chicken sandwich. Should have checked the bag before I drove off. Could have gone back but with traffic said hell with it. Won’t be back anytime soon .

Too bad you can’t give a zero rating. The manager likes to close early and also tell people they sold out of food for the night. The heck do they pay them for? Too lazy to stay open and make food until close because lord forbid they have to cleanup after they close. The manager has a terrible attitude as well. Had to do two corporate complaints to not be treated badly when I come there.

Ever since this franchise was sold, the Quality of the food and service went downhill. The management staff are to busy laughing and joking , the customers are 2nd to their conversations. The food is old and the orders are wrong. As many years that I have done business with this location, both personal and commercial, I am very disappointed with the new ownership. I asked for the number to the franchise owner and was told that they cannot give it out. I now will take my business elsewhere. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
