Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This Popeye's sell seafood but yet they're not willing to give the customers tartar sauce to eat with their Seafood what is the problem with serving tartar sauce to the customers at Popeyes. This is the third Popeyes that I went to that doesn't want to serve the customer's tartar sauce what's the real problem

I went to this Popeyes ordered food through the app. They didn’t have food that I ordered. I tried to cancel the order and never received my food or refund. Recommend do not order on the app. I’m out 20.00 with no help from restaurant or customer support.

The food was very good. 12 piece chicken, 2 large sides, 4 biscuits. I added an order of small fries. It was tasty, but with tax it was $48 and change. Very pricey in my opinion. Drive thru cashier very unfriendly.

Customer service stinks. They no longer have trays to use to dine in they just handed me a bag with box inside. No smiles no hello no goodbye no have a nice day. Makes me wonder what was the problem? I wouldnt recommend. Friendliness is very important and not hard to do. Hire nice people and lose that staff!

If I could give them no stars I would. They are so unprofessional. Today I placed an order on the popeyes app and they decided to close the location and they refused to cancel my order even though I cannot cancel on my own. All the doors were locked and they had no sign stating they were closed. Let alone they are accepting online orders knowing the place is closed. The manager told me to cx I explained many times I couldn’t and he closed the window on me . I will never go there again and I will be contacting corporate it’s been too many times this location has been unprofessional.

Ordered 9 pc family tender meal they would only give 2 dipping sauces with order. I don’t need your valuable sauce I will go somewhere else.

Ordered a five piece chicken and they literally gave me 4 wings and a breast. I normally ignore this kinda stuff but to charge me $10 for wings is ridiculous.

This is the second time we’ve gotten the Mac and cheese and both times it’s tasted like dish soap. I thought the first time was a fluke, but even months later it still tastes like it.
