My complaint mainly is quite a few times we found the chicken dry on the inside . The chicken sandwich is moist and delicious when ever I get that. Sometimes the fries are room temp and hard.

I used my Popeyes mobile app to place an order. It offered the 3 pieces for $5 at this location. Success!When I went to the drive-thur to place my order, they said their location doesn't accept the 3 pieces for $5 deal.

I ask for water they we’re changing me for the water. And I said I don’t want it bc this is the first time I am being charged for it . So the lady on the window start talking in her language thinking that I don’t understand but I did. And she was cursing me in her language . Very bad service .

Drinks taste off like the filter hasnt been changed and the food was lukewarm warm not fresh and didnt taste cooked all the way. Tried to get a refund and wasnt able too

Order taker doesn’t listen when you’re ordering she’s to busy talking to her coworkers, and her acent is very bad to where you can’t understand her , this is the second time they’ve messed up our order and charged us so wrong , I told her no sauce for my shrimp and she still gave it to me when I asked for honey mustard instead didn’t get it , this is terrible , if you can’t speak good enough English for people to understand you shouldn’t be taking orders , and they rush you like I know there busy but do not rush customers , this is why you lose customers,

It's TWICE that I pay EXTRA to hv Breast added to upgrade my coupon, but even though I'm paying EXTRA they give me STALE OLD NO LONGER HOT CHICKEN.... Like they're PREJUDICE towards Black people: like they THINK WE'LL EAT ANYTHING!!! 😥😤
The WORST Part is that both times there Wasn't even any line in the drive-thru.... Soo I KNOW they're BIAS & TARGET WHO THEY WANT 4 this UNDERHANDED way to get rid of OLD product, instead of making FRESH CHICKEN!!!! 🤬

Charging for sauce, like be so serious how broke can a Popeyes be. The lady just said that so she wouldn’t have to hand me my sauce, don’t come here there are better Popeyes around.

I opened, why I only have cup. Just ridiculous. I know times are tight but you have to find another way of cutting back besides cheating your customers. I’m the one who hate for my food to be messed up when I paying for it!!!

I love the food, but holy shit is this place slow even for a popeyes.

The worst Popeyes experience we’ve ever had!
Customer service was absolutely terrible. Not a single smile from any of the three employees we saw—just negative body language like they couldn’t stand being there. No greeting, no eye contact, no thank-you when we said it to them. When we asked for a cup of water, they flatly said they didn’t have any. The whole atmosphere was unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Fast accurate service.

Very disorganized and slow. We ordered grubhub and never got a confirmation from the restaurant so we stopped by to make sure everything was good to go

No organized line for customers. Just Kaos with walk in, pick up and grubhub.

We heard the drive come in and ask for my.order so we left

The driver texted saying they hadn't done anything.

I ordered my order on gribhubs site the day before and scheduled the deliver.

Absolutely no excuse for not having it ready.

Now my Easter lunch party is having to wait for the food. Thanks for nothing
