Pizza was average at best, but the guys are total scam artists. They advertise BOGO on all pizzas, but then add BS charges. I was charged 1.99 for extra cheese when I ordered nothing of the sort. When I asked why, he said "oh, I have to do that or the system rings it up as $35 instead of the advertised $20. I do that so I don't p*ss off the customer." Looking at other reviews after the fact, this is apparently standard practice for them, and I won't be returning.

I would give a 0 if I could. We ordered food but never received it. When we called to check on it they said they delivered it. The manager and driver both argued with us that they dropped the food on the porch but they never did. They refused to refund the money and we never got food. Poor service. Do not recommend.

I wish I could leave a zero star! Placed an order online at 6pm. Arrived for pick up at 6:45pm was told 5 more minutes! I went back in and then was told they were out of onion rings! He offered something else for same price. I went with the toasted ravioli and he told me 5 more minutes! I waited about 10 minutes and went back in, the cook answered the phone and then picked up a sub from the pizza oven with his bare hands after answering the phone! Didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves! I asked to cancel my order, he said why and then I explained why! He said go cancel and I asked how! He said I don’t know and then walked away! Will never order here again!

This place honestly deserves 0 stars. The staff is very rude and the restaurant has an horrible smell. The menu prices are false advertisement. I tried to order a grilled chicken wrap that was priced on the menu for $7.99, and was told the amount was now $12.99 and that the menu prices were from 3 years ago. I don’t understand how three years have passed without updating your menu with the correct prices. Never again will I go back to this place.

Took a bite of my Italian Sandwich and it had a horrible taste, so I spit it out and took and look and the salami and ham were spoiled and smelt terrible. They refused to refund for the sub even though I just asked for that to be refunded. The pizza and fries were fine and let them know I just would like to be refunded for what we couldn’t eat, but they still refused. Don’t eat here, they don’t care if you get sick and sell obvious spoiled food and definitely won’t refund you and make it right. Terrible customer service!

Waited for my order for over an hour, called to check on the status and a male employee yelled at me to just cancel the order then hung up on me, my husband went to the restaurant and they then refused to refund my money. Rude and nasty people! Do not order from this place!** after an hour of arguing with a male employee the female employee refunded the money **

Worst place ever ..food was not cooked all the way .bathrooms are dirty . restaurant is dirty the employees are rude and unprofessional .. please don't come here go to pizza hut , dominoes, sam's , hell even a frozen pizza but don't waste your time or money here .. waited 2 hours for a simple large pizza n wings that weren't cooked at all

After going in the store to pick up food, I will not order from them again. The restaurant reeks of incense. They have all of the tables pushed against the wall. There are huge dirty couches taking up most of the restaurant. There is an urn sitting on the counter. While I understand wanting to honor your loved ones, the counter in a restaurant is no place to keep human remains. When I looked into the kitchen to see if my order was ready, my sub was being handled by someone not wearing gloves. They will no longer have my business.
