Pizza was average at best, but the guys are total scam artists. They advertise BOGO on all pizzas, but then add BS charges. I was charged 1.99 for extra cheese when I ordered nothing of the sort. When I asked why, he said "oh, I have to do that or the system rings it up as $35 instead of the advertised $20. I do that so I don't p*ss off the customer." Looking at other reviews after the fact, this is apparently standard practice for them, and I won't be returning.

I would give a 0 if I could. We ordered food but never received it. When we called to check on it they said they delivered it. The manager and driver both argued with us that they dropped the food on the porch but they never did. They refused to refund the money and we never got food. Poor service. Do not recommend.

I ordered a sandwich then the guy wanted me to pay $2.50 more than the advertised price right on the menu bc he decided to increase the prices in the computer and not the menus itself!?! False advertising!

I wish I could leave a zero star! Placed an order online at 6pm. Arrived for pick up at 6:45pm was told 5 more minutes! I went back in and then was told they were out of onion rings! He offered something else for same price. I went with the toasted ravioli and he told me 5 more minutes! I waited about 10 minutes and went back in, the cook answered the phone and then picked up a sub from the pizza oven with his bare hands after answering the phone! Didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves! I asked to cancel my order, he said why and then I explained why! He said go cancel and I asked how! He said I don’t know and then walked away! Will never order here again!

This place honestly deserves 0 stars. The staff is very rude and the restaurant has an horrible smell. The menu prices are false advertisement. I tried to order a grilled chicken wrap that was priced on the menu for $7.99, and was told the amount was now $12.99 and that the menu prices were from 3 years ago. I don’t understand how three years have passed without updating your menu with the correct prices. Never again will I go back to this place.

Took a bite of my Italian Sandwich and it had a horrible taste, so I spit it out and took and look and the salami and ham were spoiled and smelt terrible. They refused to refund for the sub even though I just asked for that to be refunded. The pizza and fries were fine and let them know I just would like to be refunded for what we couldn’t eat, but they still refused. Don’t eat here, they don’t care if you get sick and sell obvious spoiled food and definitely won’t refund you and make it right. Terrible customer service!

the absolute worst customer service ever we ordered dinner at 6:13 pm tonight and just received our food finally at 8:40 pm the new management needs to get their s*** together i wouldn't be as pissed if i was communicated with and told that is was going to take a bit longer and i can go pick it up if i would like but no 0 communication i ordered online and the app was more helpful than the restaurant i asked for a refund due to the seriously long delay and the app got in touch with the owner he authorized a 5 dollar refund are you kidding me so i just called and the owner answered he offered me a 10 dollar off coupon i politly declined and just asked for a refund he said i will give you five more dollars i again declined and just asked for the refund for the inconvenience he said no you got your food so myself and my family will not be going to this establishment any longer the new management can kick rocks

PLEASE BE CAREFUL ORDERING FROM HERE! The owner is very sketchy charging different amounts every time we come. Today a co worker and I ordered 2 9inch lunch specials that come with fries and a drink for 9.49$ (price is 9.99 online). We place the order over the phone and he tells us our total is $26. Already we're confused because where did the extra $5 charge come from?? Anyways, I go to pick up our food and he tells me that my total is actually $29 because we ordered fries and drinks, mind you the lunch special COMES with these! I have to show him his own menu and eventually he says "okay just give me $20", what it should have ORIGINALLY cost! Be careful guys and bring in a menu to double check prices before paying because he will definitely try to add on extra costs! Weeks prior we had a terrible experience with customer service and the owner promised us 20% off our next order. When we went to pick it up he tried charging me the full price and stated that he did not charge us for the fries (AGAIN, the lunch special comes with fries and a drink!!) This is the 3rd time we've had a very sketchy experience here and we will definitely not be coming back. This place should be ashamed of taking advantage of their customers

We were aware that in the past week or so Primo pizza was under new ownership. We stopped in today for lunch and I got to say it was really really good. I can’t wait to try out some more things from the menu

Waited for my order for over an hour, called to check on the status and a male employee yelled at me to just cancel the order then hung up on me, my husband went to the restaurant and they then refused to refund my money. Rude and nasty people! Do not order from this place!** after an hour of arguing with a male employee the female employee refunded the money **
