Food and drinks were great. My husband got a chicken sandwich and I got a turkey sandwich which were both delicious. However, the service was a bit slow. It seemed like the bartender had to simultaneously bartend and serve a few tables (one of which was ours). We went on a Wednesday and so they had someone come in and talk about history, which was unique and cool.
An experience that secured many future visits. Having been in the industry for nearly a decade, many years ago, I’ve learned to recognize true talent of taking care of guests from servers/bartenders. What an incredible experience at Rebellion Bourbon Bar & Kitchen.
My wife and I sat at a high-top in the bar area and Brian the bartender absolutely made the evening. He crafted one of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve had in a long time, and the Cosmopolitan he made for my wife was outstanding as well. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He crushed it.
As for the food… wow. I ordered the Ramsey Bolton Burger … unbelievable....
