My son placed an online pickup order for Mother's day. Half the order was missing, he called and was told she'd call him back after she had him read the entire order so it could be replaced. She never called and he sat on hold for 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone there, was hung up on, I called and sat on hold for another 40 minutes and was hung up on. We never got our entire order or a call back.
Arrived at 8:30pm on Saturday night with a closing time of 10pm and the parking lot was maybe 25% full. We were a party of 4 with 2 children. We were rudely told it would be atleast a 45 minute wait. Looking past the host stand were a dozen or so booths. Haven’t been to red lobster in many years but my daughter wanted shrimp badly. Then she was crying because we couldn’t get shrimp. No wonder it has 3 stars
