I've been eating at Rita's for decades. I found them via my ex-wife from Philadelphia South Jersey area. The water ice is phenomenal and I found myself bragging to people in Virginia for years about it. Even filling my cooler with it on random trips North and bring back home to eat. and then they slowly start to show up. I'm so happy this one is minutes away from me because I love frequenting here and getting four or five quarts to bring back home for the deep freezer...

We came to Rita's and met Raegyn. She helped us at the window, explained how different flavors were made, and answered questions about the sizes of our cups and pricing. She was super sweet, knew what she was talking about and so helpful. Go to Rita's and see Raegyn. You wont be sorry.

I recently had an issue when purchasing two gift cards at Rita's where the total was mistakenly calculated incorrectly. Initially, I left a frustrated review—but I truly appreciate the way this situation was handled afterward.
Michele, the owner, went above and beyond to make things right. She personally reached out, corrected the error, and even took the time to call and both clarify and apologize. That level of customer service really stood out to me...
