DISGUSTiNG.i came to visit from Atlanta and thought I’d try this place…neverrrrr again.the fish was so bland no seasoning NOTHING just flour and oil,the greens are literally canned Gloria greens,the potatoe salad was nasty the potatoes weren’t cooked and no flavor whatsoever.NO way people really eat here,I feel bad writing this review because it’s a small business but wow this is trash.the cake was the only thing that was okay and it was cold,

Visiting from out of town my family and I wanted soul food before heading home. Souls Grill satisfied our craving. The service was exceptional, food delicious and overall experience was great.
Food is trash and they give u 1 piece of fish for 11 dollars a piece I did not know or it would have stayed there and if was not good and the kids meal was almost higher than my meal and she gave us 2 tenders for the kids and it was trash and cost 13 dollars keep riding pass this

My wife and I demolished the fish platter. We shared one platter because we thought we weren't that hungry, but once we started eating, I feel like we should have gotten two separate platters. The Mac and cheese is so good, seasoned and cheesy, noodles at perfect texture. The greens were also very well seasoned and balanced flavor. And the fish tasted fresh and so friggin good. So happy I stopped here and will definitely be going back, often. The staff was very welcoming and included the utensils and sauces without asking. Such a good meal, Thank you!

I ordered the fish and shrimp platter with Mac n cheese and collard greens. The mac n cheese and greens were sooo good. The best I had from a restaurant. The whiting had a lot of bones but overall good. My only gripe is them three raggedy a&$ shrimps they gave me ???. Just three?

Nice space..black owned bcuz we love to support. Ordered 2 steak and cheese meals and we went over toppings twice. The lady was super nice but the sandwich had hardly any cheese, mayo, and a big sub roll. Hardly no meat and a tiny piece of tomato!!! Yo, after we went over the toppings twice not one onion nor green pepper in site. Hell, it was hardly any meat.Tried to support BUT NEVER AGAIN. $28 LATER...DO NOT DO IT

Bad experience. Spent 60 USD for 2 people. Ordered a steak and cheese double meat specific topping, wife requested chicken and shrimp. No double meat or specific topping on mine and she got beef not chicken. So I paid 3.50 for extra meat I didn't get and a sandwich my wife doesn't want. And I paid for a drink that wasn't delivered either. Never again.
Vegetarian options: If your wife isn't into beef and you order a chicken substitute, don't expect them to honor it. Stick and move.

We ordered from Grubhub specifically looking for a great steak and cheese and reviews brought us here. The food itself was ok. Lacked flavor, but everything about our order was wrong. Ordering from Grubhub is already expensive, so it's irritating when things are wrong. There's differences between the Grubhub menu and their online menu. Online they have both a shrimp steak and cheese and a shrimp chicken and cheese. Grubhub is only with the steak. We asked if they could substitute steak with chicken. Didn't get it. Other regular steak and cheese, asked for no mayo, grilled onions, jalapenos and extra meat($3.50 extra). Got NONE of that. Comes with a drink. Didn't get that either. Our fries and tater tots were switched in the wrong orders.(a minor thing, but another added thing). Wings, asked for the spicy dry rub. Didn't see it or taste it. However they were crispy, which we asked for.The food we got wasn't horrible, but it wasn't completely what we ordered OR paid for
