Stopped at this particular store because i was in town from Florida. Asked for a GTF Green tea frappuccino. Didn't realize its been changed to matcha frappuccino. The girl on register didnt get it and called the shift over and had to explain to her what I wanted. She wasn't very pleasant. Wont be visiting that starbucks anymore. Former/retired Starbucks Partner.

Have not been here in about 2 yrs. My wife wanted to enjoy a caramel machiato I tried black night ( black berry drink with cream.) They were both enjoyable.
Made a mobile order at 6:32 and got my drinks at 7:02. Time to be ready was 6:42
( only 1 drink was served at 6:42) and when I arrived I did noticed only one other person. I asked two different employees about my order before they completed my order.

Attempted on a Saturday evening at 8:30pm to get some drinks and they had locked the doors and closed early. They were supposed to be open until 9pm. Staff inside but guess they didn’t want to make any more money.
