Just ordered coffee here. The lady in charge of the inside register was no where to be found but then she popped out after a few minutes which is fine it’s early and she apologized but after I proceeded to order she continued to not hear what I was ordering I corrected her a few times I wanted the vanilla sugar free protein latte and pumpkin cold foam protein. I got a reg sugar free vanilla latte with the cold foam which fine it’s good drink and I don’t want to try to order again but what really made me write this is the extremely two rude drive through employees. They not only saw me walk in and left me at the register without help but they had absolutely no manners or politeness. I won’t be coming to this one again

have had negative, unwelcome experiences every time I've gone through the drive thru at this location, with being stared down and treated flippantly. the coffee isn't worth being uncomfortable
Stopped at this particular store because i was in town from Florida. Asked for a GTF Green tea frappuccino. Didn't realize its been changed to matcha frappuccino. The girl on register didnt get it and called the shift over and had to explain to her what I wanted. She wasn't very pleasant. Wont be visiting that starbucks anymore. Former/retired Starbucks Partner.

Have not been here in about 2 yrs. My wife wanted to enjoy a caramel machiato I tried black night ( black berry drink with cream.) They were both enjoyable.
Made a mobile order at 6:32 and got my drinks at 7:02. Time to be ready was 6:42
( only 1 drink was served at 6:42) and when I arrived I did noticed only one other person. I asked two different employees about my order before they completed my order.
