Seeing a bunch of negative comments went to see for myself… hands down the best Starbucks in the Spotsylvania area! They do get a lot of business and I see now it’s for a reason!!! The staff are so sweet and welcoming everyone works so hard! Great Job Breezewood baristas I will be a regular!!!

The young girl at the drive thru this morning was very rude after she didn’t hear me reply to her good morning. Proceeded to mockingly say “good morning to you too” under her breath and gave attitude the rest of the transaction. Didn’t realize you guys ran a strict program. If you’re not a morning person please don’t work there and ruin all of ours.

Every time I place a mobile order here and get here a few minutes later, the employees tell me that I just placed my order and it's going to take awhile. I don't know if someone at this location is training people to say that or what, but it's very rude. What's the difference between placing my order at the speaker or placing a mobile order a few minutes ahead? Do better with training your employees. Sometimes they are even rude when they tell me I just placed my order.

We waited in line inside the building for 15 minutes after placing our order while the drive through customers got 100 percent priority over the customers inside. Every car that was in the drive-through line was served and had left 10 minutes before we got our coffee.

This spot is very fast for the amount of people that go over to get drinks. The environment is always easy going whether it be inside or at the drive-through. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and they truly make an effort to remember regulars. Drinks are consistent, made just right every time, and the seasonal flavors always come out perfectly. The store is clean, cozy, and a great place to relax, work, or catch up with friends. This Starbucks really makes the day brighter.

Sept 25. Waited 30 minutes for a drink and food when I ordered inside. No apologies, no acknowledgement that they were so delayed. The woman before me just gave up and left her order. Staff could be reminded on customer service… people go to starbucks with an expectation that they can get the coffee the order in a reasonable amount of time and not be late for work…

I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks! In particular, I want to shout out Britt who served me. Despite only waiting for a max of 30 seconds, she apologized for my wait, brewed a fresh pot for me to have the best tasting coffee, preheated my cup, and did it all with a smile! I’m so grateful for her above and beyond approach to customer service! I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Everyone at this location provides exceptional customer service but I had to take a moment to shout out Morgan for her warm smile and friendly demeanor.
