No offense but the truffle and brie eggbites low key taste like vomit. Please please take them off the menu before you embarrass yourself.

Erin and the entire morning crew are a bunch of bullies that take no accountability when called out. Don't laugh at your customers because they pronounce something wrong, get called out, then pretend to be overly friendly to cover up for your mistake. Just be kind, everyone trying to survive in this world and we don't need more bullies. Be kind.

Got two Carmel macchiato my usually order at all Starbucks and these two are by far the worst I ever had tasted like the used water instead of milk and espresso last one from this place.

One of the better Starbucks I've been too regarding service and friendly ess. The staff and polite and work quickly. Otherwise, food and drinks are typical Starbucks.

Dear Corporate, I've been a Starbucks customer for 17 years and probably spend close to $140.00 a week easily in buying your coffee and food. I was at this location on Wednesday Sept 16th 2020. 11-2-25 There was a long explanation written regarding Covid policy that I wrote about having worked in the medical mental health profession for 25 years. I wanted to change this, and I really do like starbucks in general and still spend a lot of money in Starbucks but I won't because I want people remember the hell that we went through during Covid on lies, deception that all has since come out the last 5 years through Whistle blower testimony before the house of representative and furthermore I was correct in that facial masks do not work to stop viral replication. I want people to remember we were lied and manipulated. That too many people capitulated to surrendering our constitutional rights to orders that were inconsistent with long standing research in medicine and scientific data. My hope is maybe next time people will take a stand and there probably will be a next time sadly.

The workers talk amongst themselves the entire time, I was here for several hours…. People walking around like it was gym class, yelling and making jokes across the store. Very unprofessional. Clearly no manager present… if so, poor management.

My order is correct everytime, however the wait time for mobile orders leaves alot to be desired. The employees are very sweet people and clearly working hard, however ai believe this is a managing issue. There is a morning rush at 05:30 and only 2 people working. They are set up for failure and the patrons have to suffer for it. There needs to be a more efficient way rather than waiting in a line of people making orders in the drive-thru when you've already placed a mobile order. The efficiency just isn't there.

This is THE BEST Starbucks I have EVER seen and been to. Every staff member deserves a raise or recognition . WOW I was impressed, so clean, staff knew the customers that walked in. They made me feel welcome and they have the GOOD ICE !!! Safaffria, Connor, quaylah, Ariel, shepperad, and Jeff! They are fantastic and tnis location is a great way to start your morning, FYI they even have a conference room with projector
