I've enjoyed the subs here for months! Anthony is always smiling and makes sure I've got everything possible on my sub. The food has always been fresh and yummy. I'll keep going back!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order through Uber Eats. SOMEHOW they mixed up 2 sandwiches entirely even though the receipt showed everything in the proper place for the proper sandwich. Tried to call the store to just get a busy signal. Went to the store and was met with indifference and the attitude of "well what do you expect me to do about it" well for 1 I would recommend requiring employees to be able to READ.

Associate was quite rude with my mother. He acted so inconvenienced by her order and mocked her. Also, my sub had tons of red onion skins in it. Veggies are coarsely chopped, no care is taken into prep clearly. This location used to have employees that cared about their customers, so it's a shame to see that no longer be the case.

Our office works right across the street so it’s very convenient for us. The past two days we’ve gone in there and we’ve been told, “sorry can’t serve you, we have errands to run.” It’s unprofessional especially right at 1 for lunch.

I made an online order at noon and tried to get a steal egg and cheese flatbread. The website didn’t give me any issues with online ordering but when I go to pick up my order, the associate on duty tells she can’t make it because they don’t have egg. Egg is not something we are having a supply chain issue with so I don’t understand why it happened. The employee was rude and seemed lazy which is probably the real reason I couldn't get my food. I’m never coming back to this location, absolutely horrid customer service.

This is by far the cleanest subway I’ve seen. The food was beyond amazing and tasted phenomenal. Isaac is the man. This will be the only subway we come to in the area.
