The kid that is there should be fired. Made the sandwiches incorrect and then literally sat in the back for over 8 minutes with customers in the store - most ended up just walking out, but he is burning your store to the ground.

Only one worker doing everything. I had to wait 5 minutes to order because the guy had to replenish all of the sandwich spread containers. Also, I stopped at this same location a couple of days ago and the door was locked during operating hours. I saw two people in there, I guess preparing to open. Not a fan of this Subway.

This was absolutely TERRIBLE! I put in a pick up order and then I got an email that it was randomly cancelled. I was already there at the Subway and so I walked in and one of the guys asked if we had a pick up order. My partner and I said yes. He said he didn't get anything and we responded that it charged us. He said we should get a refund. We decided not to deal with this Subway and went to another one. After we got our order for the new Subway we selected and got back home, my partner noticed he had a call. Subway had called and said that they have received our order and we can pick it up. The man didn't see very kind and honestly seemed like an idiot because then he said oh we just said it isn't ready. He didn't say that he said they didn't receive the order. My partner and I already ate our Subway but picked up the Subway as they finally got the order somehow. We decided to save it for the next day and here we are. My partner unwrapped his sub and found a hair!! F***ing disgusting! I cannot eat now because that's so unsanitary.
Terrible, just terrible, the customer service is very bad, they are rude and sometimes ignore you when you ask a question. They also never honor coupons. I cut out a brand new coupon and try to use it and they will never accept it, if the coupon is even wrinkled they wont accept it. Even if you try the app they always say they don't take it. So I did a test and I would try using it at a different subway after they would reject it, and it worked perfectly fine. It's just this garbage subway. Would give 0 stars if I could

I’ve been to many subways in Fredericksburg, by far this subway is my favorite one, just by chance I popped in, ordered my usual tuna sandwich, and their tuna was superb!! When asking for any additional toppings they are very royal?(from other subways in town, the tuna is so bad, the texture is like a mushy, fishy paste, I end up disposing of my sandwich, and when requesting additional toppings..it’s like squeezing blood from a stone)
