I got the beef shoyu ramen and it was delicious !!!!!!!! Omggggg!!!!!! Great food and great service 10/10 recommend!!!!

Found this place unintentionally, was exploring the area for a place to grab a quick meal before work and saw the sign that said Ramen. First impression upon walking in very spacious very cute and alot of different options on the menu. All well described. Poke , Ramen, Sushi, wings , milk tea there really is alot to choose from. The employee was very kind and patient while I decided. I ordered the Beef Ramen and a coffee milk tea. Once received my food in was very pleased to see that I was provided a fork and chopsticks besides the spoon in the bowl. There wasn't an assumption that I could use chopsticks or that I couldn't. I appreciated that! My ramen was very flavorful and spicey it was such a delight to eat ! Made my evening. My coffee milk tea was perfect not too sweet and just right. Thank you Sumo for a great first experience I will be back.

The food tasted good, but I could sense the ingredients were a little cheap or not fresh. Rating 5 start for the food/Boba tea. But I've had much better in other places nowhere near to Fredericksburg. I noticed the difference, it didn't bother me much though.

Tea was incredible, very good.

I'd recommend this over the average restaurant. And I think it's worth trying to decide your yourselves.

Ordered the sushi and Ramen and poke bowl. Would probably say that their pokebowls were on point. Didn't like the sushi much because it tasted really weird. Also had the Ramen which came cold, but probably due to me door dashing. The beef in the Ramen was good but very hard. But id probably order the pokebowl again over everything.

I love this place. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. I’ve never had anything bad to eat and the staff is always nice. My go to spot to grab some lunch and chill.

I order the food there. Man they had the meanest ramen in town. My lips were numb of how much chile they put on it. The beef, eggs, and vegetables were good. The spicy to it was ehh needs more work. If eating good was a crime the beef shoyu ramen would walk free. I will try something else in the menu

Stopped by Sumo Poke Bowl & Ramen for lunch. I ordered the Sumo poke bowl, and the food itself was really good—fresh, tasty, and the perfect portion for a light meal.

The atmosphere, though, was a bit off. My fiancée and I were the only ones dining in, and for a while, there weren’t any employees around. It felt a little awkward, and we even had to ask for toilet paper in the restroom.

Overall, the food was solid, but the dine-in experience definitely needs some improvement.

Sadly this place seems to be going down hill over the past year or so. We get food to go, usually poke bowls or sushi, and the quality of the fish is inconsistent. This past time was the worst, the tuna appeared to be in a certain stage of liquefaction and almost inedible. I assume this was an outlier but it makes me not likely to go back again soon. 3 stars because the food has been good in the past and I might give them another try some day
