I was visiting Virginia and had the chance to stop by this restaurant, and I’m so glad we discovered this gem! The food was amazing, especially the butter chicken, daal, and biryani. The staff was incredibly kind, especially Aman. She answered all my questions with so much patience and made us feel very welcome. I’m so happy my family and I got to enjoy such delicious food. Definitely don’t miss out if you’re in the area! 😊

Butter chicken was way to flavorful too much sugar and food coloring. Naan was too crispy. I prefer other local indian spots for this dish. Also I asked for a medium spice butter chicken it tasted mild, we also got a spicy chicken tika masala and it was also mild. The thickness of the curry were good, flavors need adjustments. They did not ask us if we needed more water when we were running out of water. Also what is with the Punjabi rap music with the classy enviorment? Maybe...

I visited Taj for first time yesterday evening as part of a group of six. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. The goat cheese tikki chaat appetizer was amazing! For my main course I enjoyed one of their signature creations, chole bhatura, very delicious! I went medium on my spice because I didn't know what to expect, next time I'll take it up a notch.
