I wanted to really like this place. The tapas were ok, not overly impressed though. The shrimp was flavorful but overcooked and salty. The Pizza was undercooked in middle. The Paella... probably the biggest let down. Why oh why is there Chimichurri sauce on a Paella De Marisco? (and doused in it) the paella itself tasted great if you ate around the horrid sauce. The seafood was very overcooked as well. Scallops were rubbery, muscles gummy , shrimp overcooked again. I was excited about trying this place but definitely disappointed. May I suggest you remove the Chimichurri sauce from the Paella de marisco. It takes away from the flavor of the actual paella

A phenomenal dining experience! The paella was incredible -- and the dessert blew my mind! Not only is the food fantastic, but the wine selections are superb. The staff are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your visit. This is a MUST visit place in Fredericksburg.

My favorite restaurant in the burg!! Love coming in the summer and sitting by the river. Also love to come here to celebrate, recently came for my 30th bday. Elote pizza is MY FAVE 10/10!! Their margs are also the best and they have a great happy hour.

It’s been quite a while since I’ve had dinner in Downtown Fredericksburg, and this place is such a welcome addition. Paella can be hard to find, and not everyone does it well. It was absolutely fantastic, as was that kale salad with manchego. The place is warm and inviting, and the staff is super friendly. Best happy hour wine pour I’ve seen in quite a while. Super excited to come back to this family owned business, it’s a gem.

All of the food seemed microwaved and not made fresh. The croquettes tasted like they spent too long in the freezer, the chicken was dry and the paella lacked flavor. The service and atmosphere were great! Wish the food lived up to it.

A magical evening under the stars on Fredericksburg’s First Friday with live music and such a lovely ambiance to accompany the excellent food and observant servers. Highly recommend a night out here on a first Friday of the month or any weekend:)

Service was awful, waited over an hour to receive food at the patio. Multiple parties left after being seated due to the lack of service. The waiter was not attentive and did not check on our food / drinks one time. The only thing moving fast was alcohol. The GM said this was because 2 large parties were seated and backing up the kitchen, but I have worked in this industry and know being in the weeds is not an excuse for poor service and over an hour delay on appetizers. The GM tonight was the only saving grace regarding the service, otherwise I would have recommended no one come here. No one should have to wait over an hour for their food to be prepared. It was 6:40pm when I arrived and 8pm when I left still without my meal. Either get more chefs in the kitchen or limit the amount of people coming in, this was a nightmare and I do not recommend unless changes are made.
