I usually sit at the bar, but have also sat on regular tables with family and friends. Service has always been top notch and food has been great and on par with places like Longhorn and Outback. Although, I have to say that at least 75% of the time they get the steak temperature wrong. For my wife it seems like every single time she has to send the steak back. In my case, I’m more tolerant and if I order medium, I can deal with medium well or medium rare, but sometimes that...
Love this chain for a solid, satisfying and consistent quality meal. The steaks are very decent. Service is always fast. And the rolls... mmm can't beat those. We love stopping here for an easy tummy filling dinner!
This was my first time here. Thanks to Gracelyn she made my experience prefect. She is professional, funny, and attentive. She made sure that my husband and I didn't want for anything. I let her know that I was here because I'm celebrating my birthday, and Gracelyn and her coworkers came over with a saddle and sang for me. I will always be thankful for this and I will definitely come back again.
