My husband and I had our wedding reception at the alpine chef and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Jannec, the owner was so detail oriented and flexible throughout the whole process. His staff were so kind and attentive, the food was amazing like always. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough not only for an event but also for a nice dinner!
Went during happy hour-with the exception of a small discount on drinks, nothing else could be found. Food was bland and nothing compared to Authenic food I had in Germany or my German mother's cooking. Potatoe salad devoid of anything remotely german. But OK! WORST THING WAS THE WAIT STAFF UNATTENDANT AND MOSTLY IN THE BACK ROOM ON THEIR PHONES. I really felt I wasted my time here.
Great service, delicious food. If the air conditioning kept the building a little cooler and the overall upkeep was nicer, this would always be a sure bet. As it is, it's worth a drive and satisfies some cravings for German food and excellent beer. We'll be back at some point.
Note: Sunday brunch has some massive plates of food. The donut holes are awesome.
