Honeybaked Ham catered our son's 'Friendsgiving' themed 9th Birthday party and it was phenomenal! The food was absolutely delicious. The presentation was perfection. The customer service was top-notch. We will definitely use them again and again and highly recommend them for all your catering needs!
I journeyed to the store yesterday in the rain to make sure I had goods for my small family on Thanksgiving day. I have serious hip issues, and as I made my way to the line, I was greeted with much humility. She got me a chair and told me to sit and someone would help me as soon as possible. At 7:30 last night I placed a large order from the Honey Baked Ham store in Roanoke, VA to be delivered at noon today. There was no message that delivery orders must be placed x days in advance. At 10:45 am, the manager calls from his HOME to say that he couldn't get any of his delivery drivers to work. I guess he wasn't willing to work either.
