Dining in is limited, only a few tables. Pre-packaged ham, ham salad, potato salad, etc. Fill your own drinks including sweet tea. Great for quick pick up

Good sandwiches, Pricing has gotten a bit ridiculous. $17 for a sandwich, tiny scoop of potato salad, and a small drink. I haven't been in a while so im either mis-remembering the portion size and price, or the size of the potato salad got smaller and the price increased.

I cannot say enough good things about the management of this door. I ordered a turkey and ham for Thanksgiving. The online coupon was $10 off. After my husband picked it up, we noticed the coupon discount had not been taken by the register. My husband was not aware of the coupon. When I called the store and mentioned it, they were very apologetic. They could not issue a credit since the coupon at that point was no longer good, however, they offered to mail me two free lunches. After a few days they called to tell me that they hadn't mailed them yet due to the busyness of the Thanksgiving season , but would mail them the next day. They were concerned that I would think they had forgotten. I could not believe this fantastic customer service. I got them in the mail a few days ago with a kind letter. Who does this anymore? Well this store does! I will definitely be giving my business to them again.

Stopped by after some shopping and split a sandwich. The meats are freshly prepared and cut and stacked. Great flavors in every bite. Congratulations on 20 years. Customer based keeps us coming back frequently. Clean and quiet atmosphere.

Good potato salad.

My first experience with this establishment and quite pleased with their service. The food is good but not spectacular.

The line for picking up an already-paid order was terrible. They only had one person handling online orders, making this line very slow. We had preordered the ham weeks ago, and when we picked up the ham, they gave us a smaller option for Christmas. We were downgraded from a 6 lb to a 4 lb ham. This will be our last year patronizing this establishment, and we will warn others to stay clear as well.

The manager is super rude at the Fredericksburg location. Talks to customers like they are dumb.

Honeybaked Ham catered our son's 'Friendsgiving' themed 9th Birthday party and it was phenomenal! The food was absolutely delicious. The presentation was perfection. The customer service was top-notch. We will definitely use them again and again and highly recommend them for all your catering needs!

I decided to go back yesterday to order a sandwich as I was in the shopping center for something else. The employee who helped me was so kind. I didn't even have to say I didn't know what I was doing lol She immediately showed me the sandwich menu and when I felt overwhelmed, I asked her what her favourite sandwich was. She told me it was the one with the crispy onions on it and pickles. She mentioned the pickles were a bit spicy and I was super intrigued! She made the sandwhich super quickly and I took it to go, as I'm not going to lie - I'm a in the car eater kind of gal.It was so good! I had a good chuckle over the pickle, it was not spicy at all but the sandwich did have a great tiny kick from the honey mustard.Also, she was right - the crispy onions were great.

If you've never had a honey-baked ham then I'm sorry but you're really missing out. No grocery store or other wannabe brand comes very close. Their boneless hams are amazing and their side dishes and rum cakes are absolutely delicious. Try the cinnamon streusel rum cake for bonus points... It will blow your socks off!
