I stopped here for the first time last night and will be back for sure. The food was perfect, the real chocolate ice cream shake was amazing, and the service was friendly, prompt, and professional, including the kitchen. The atmosphere is fun too as it’s a flashback to the 50’s.

I wanted to share my experience at Tito’s Diner yesterday. I called to order a pick-up order, and everything was great on the phone. The woman was pleasant, took my order, and told me it would be 15-20 minutes. When I went in to pick up my order, another customer was paying and picking up their order. Instead of then helping me, the woman who had been helping the other customer walked away to do something else. I continued to stand in front of the cash register, while another customer came in. A different woman proceeded to help him with his pick-up order, and then went to put glasses away. In the meantime, nobody even acknowledged that I was there. I continued to wait while other workers came to the front, but nobody acknowledged me. Finally, a woman came up and said hello when I had three people standing behind me. I asked if I could please speak to the manager, who came up shortly. I told him this was my first-time experience at Tito’s. I had called in my order. And that I had been standing there for well over five minutes, and nobody had acknowledged me. The manager replied that he was sorry, but it seemed to lack a level of sincerity. So, when I told him about the woman who helped the person who came in after me and then went to put away glasses, he responded with, “I already said I was sorry.” I paid, and then realized my order had been sitting on the counter the entire time I had been waiting. Usually, I am pretty tolerant when a place is busy, but it did not seem appropriate to completely ignore a customer. It makes me wonder how their service would have been had I dined in.

We have dined here many times over the past few years for brunch or lunch. We always had an excellent meal. Our last visit in March 2024 was an even better experience. They have a new menu which is a bit simplified, but still has a great selection. I think the food itself is even better than before.

Tito's is always fantastic and their pricing is so reasonable compared to a lot of places. Staff is always friendly, and service is quick. They've got a large menu with a lot of options to choose from! They do get busy though, and you may have to wait, but it's well worth itVegetarian options: There are options on the menu that would suit vegetarians, these options are not denoted by a specific symbol or in a specific section, but the menu describes the items included with each option so you can see what's there. Staff are usually willing to make reasonable changes to accommodate.Vegan options may be more difficult or potentially not a possibility here.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are available here and are clearly noted. Keep in mind that cross-contamination is always a possibility.Parking: Plenty of parking spots directly attached to the building, and plenty more within just a few steps of the building. Parking is somewhat shared with the nearby Starbucks, but otherwise the parking lot is entirely theirs.Wheelchair accessibility: This building is wheelchair accessible although the front doors are not automatic and do not have a push button door opener.

Great little Filipino restaurant, basically carry out. Food was delicious made fresh every day homemade desserts, reasonably priced you should stop by. If you're heading south we're heading north or live in the area you won't regret it.
