I recently had a wonderful experience at Umi. The sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious, with a variety of flavors that really stood out. Our server, Tracey, was not only helpful but also sweet, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. My favorite dishes were the crab ragoon and the dynamite roll. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great sushi and excellent service!

Absolutely delicious sushi!
We were sat immediately, which was shocking for a Saturday evening, and our server was attentive and friendly.
The edamame, tobiko, tamago, crab+cheese roll, volcano roll, and spiderweb rolls were delicious, and our favorites were the sunomono, Miami roll and TNT roll!
A must-visit the next time we're in the area.

I usually go into detail with my restaurant reviews, but this place keeps it wonderfully simple. The sushi here is unbelievably good—so much so that you wouldn’t expect such quality in Fredericksburg. If I were to eat here with my eyes closed, I’d easily believe I was in Miami at one of the top sushi spots. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
