You know, it's so refreshing when you find a spot that just hits all the right notes. The vibe there was super laid-back, and the folks working there were genuinely welcoming. And the food? Absolutely delicious and satisfying. It made for a really enjoyable experience overall. Definitely a place worth checking out again.

It’s about time I reviewed Umi considering I am there like once a month lol. Hands down this is the best sushi place in Fredericksburg, and every time we go we have had fantastic service. We went again today and were once again blown away by the quality of the food and service. You have to go here!! They also have an amazing lunch deal for a side and two sushi rolls for like 11 bucks.

I'm a vegetarian, and all I can say is that every single thing I ate here was beyond perfect. Days later I am still thinking about this meal! I had tempura vegetables which were astronomically good. I also had avocado, asparagus and cucumber sushi, special vegetable sushi, and my partner got the tofu bento box which I sampled. All incredible.
