I had ordered online from their website and since they were busy they had doordash deliver it. Well. Doordash didn't contact me or knock on my door. They just set it on the floor and it probably sat there for about a half hour before I realized it was there and it was cold and nasty. Well I called the store and the person on the phone had the manager call me back immediately. She was a very nice lady and she went above and beyond and had my order remade and delivered to me...
After traveling 500 miles today...exhausted. What a nice surprise...called for take out. Rebecca took my order...so nice. Quick delivery. Pizza was EXCELLENT!!!and good and hot when delivered. Thank you...high point of our day.
I never been here I was in the area. I had place the order at the wrong location.They explained to me how many stores they have around the area. They even helped me to cancel the order at the other store. They took my order right away. Great customer service. You can definitely tell they work as a team and willing to go beyond to make a customer experience pleasant.
