Vocelli Pizza

My new favorite pizza place! My bestie got me to try it out of the blue one day. I was surprised to see that this is seemingly the last pizza place left to let me mix sauces like I used to do at most pizza places until they all suddenly stopped allowing it completely over the past couple of years. That alone makes this place special to me. But then the dough! It's the perfect taste and texture, perfect density, it's just perfect. I tried the regular sauce mixed with bbq and mango habanero sauces on one pizza, it was even better than I hoped for. It was therapeutic, it took it me to heaven. Best tasting mango habanero sauce you can get anywhere for sure.
I also learned at my last visit that this place is under new ownership. I wish you luck! Keep your employees happy, don't sellout to private equity like the other dying restaurants, keep the sauce-mixing option available to really stand out for that particular niche, and this shop will stay at the top. I really believe it.

If you order from them they will incessantly text bomb you. I got 2 today.

Carmel Ice-cream missing. Ordered diet tea but got starry soda. Then I call them and tell them and they bring me vanilla ice cream with the wrong drink again. What gets me, he told me they were out of diet and I asked to refund the drink and instead they send sugar tea anyway. They dont follow directions at all! Lost me as a customer.

I ordered pepperoni and mozzarella Vocelli rolls. I have ordered them many many times before, but not from this location. Below I’m going to post a picture of what they look like on their menu and have looked like in the past and what I received yesterday. I tried to call them about 10 minutes ago and they didn’t answer the phone. I can honestly say this is not what I ordered. Look at the difference. by the way, this picture is them in my garbage can because they were not edible

They would not apply advertised discount on pizza order said I had to go online even though I have been a repeat customer for several years. You will get no customer loyalty form this group. This how businesses lose customers. I will not be back!

We ordered for the first time today & enjoyed it very much. Wife got the big Italian pizza & I got the Hawaiian….. absolutely delicious. Crust on the big Italian was thin & crispy with crispy pepperoni, the Hawaii had a thick classic crust that was fluffy and soft! We will definitely be ordering again.

Best tasting pizza that I have had in a long time! No heavy garlic! It tasted fresh and the cheese was not overly browned.

Terrible customer services. I order two pizza online. The website froze then added my order twice. I wanted two pizza and they charged me for three. I called to let the store know my order was charged twice. The person had no idea how to look up my order and told me she needed to talk to a manager and would call me back, and hung up on me. She calls me back and says she found the order and I had to explain to her again i was charged twice. She then tells me the pizza is done and there is nothing she can do about it. She suggested the next time I call in the order instead of ordering it online because the website fails sometimes. She then says sorry there is nothing I can do, and hangs up on me again. Please get some qualified people who know how to look up orders. I am sure I am not the only person who has experience this problem when ordering online. Instead of her trying to fix the situation, she basically says there is nothing she can do it about. How about try and reverse the charges? I dont give a damm if the pizza was done or not. I called to cancel the mistaken order well before the pizza was done, its not my fault she is was so incompetent on how to look up and order. Do a better job of training these people!!!!

We ordered delivery and normally are very pleased with the result. This time however, things went a bit awry. We ordered one sub (steak and cheese) and one stromboli (Spicy Italian). The order was delivered as stated, almost to the minute. The sandwich was good. But the stromboli was not what I ordered. Instead of the spicy Italian that I was so looking forward to, I received a steak and cheese stromboli. It was good, but not what I was hungry for.

More for takeout than dine in. Only two tables. Pizza was made quickly and was delicious.

We ordered delivery from here after getting into town after an 8 hour drive and did not want to go back out after we got into our airbnb. Ordered at 516 online and waited an hour before calling and asking for an ETA. Was told it was out for delivery. We were only 10 minutes from the location. Waited another 30 min before calling again and asking about our order and was told all they knew was it was out for delivery. Ended up asking to just cancel the order and receive a refund.

I ordered a large deluxe pizza from this location, with garlic bites. The food arrived on time and hot, cheeses still melted. The ingredients were pretty good. I liked the crust. Worth a call if you’re hungry. Even better yet, they deliver without making you pay a third party a big delivery charge. The driver was prompt, and friendly.
