They would not apply advertised discount on pizza order said I had to go online even though I have been a repeat customer for several years. You will get no customer loyalty form this group. This how businesses lose customers. I will not be back!

We ordered for the first time today & enjoyed it very much. Wife got the big Italian pizza & I got the Hawaiian….. absolutely delicious. Crust on the big Italian was thin & crispy with crispy pepperoni, the Hawaii had a thick classic crust that was fluffy and soft! We will definitely be ordering again.

Best tasting pizza that I have had in a long time! No heavy garlic! It tasted fresh and the cheese was not overly browned.

Terrible customer services. I order two pizza online. The website froze then added my order twice. I wanted two pizza and they charged me for three. I called to let the store know my order was charged twice. The person had no idea how to look up my order and told me she needed to talk to a manager and would call me back, and hung up on me. She calls me back and says she found the order and I had to explain to her again i was charged twice. She then tells me the pizza is done and there is nothing she can do about it. She suggested the next time I call in the order instead of ordering it online because the website fails sometimes. She then says sorry there is nothing I can do, and hangs up on me again. Please get some qualified people who know how to look up orders. I am sure I am not the only person who has experience this problem when ordering online. Instead of her trying to fix the situation, she basically says there is nothing she can do it about. How about try and reverse the charges? I dont give a damm if the pizza was done or not. I called to cancel the mistaken order well before the pizza was done, its not my fault she is was so incompetent on how to look up and order. Do a better job of training these people!!!!

More for takeout than dine in. Only two tables. Pizza was made quickly and was delicious.

We ordered delivery from here after getting into town after an 8 hour drive and did not want to go back out after we got into our airbnb. Ordered at 516 online and waited an hour before calling and asking for an ETA. Was told it was out for delivery. We were only 10 minutes from the location. Waited another 30 min before calling again and asking about our order and was told all they knew was it was out for delivery. Ended up asking to just cancel the order and receive a refund.

I ordered a large deluxe pizza from this location, with garlic bites. The food arrived on time and hot, cheeses still melted. The ingredients were pretty good. I liked the crust. Worth a call if you’re hungry. Even better yet, they deliver without making you pay a third party a big delivery charge. The driver was prompt, and friendly.

Order a small pizza, they put so much cayenne on it we couldn’t eat it. My mouth was on fire after the first bite. I call to have it corrected and they kept calling me sir after I told them I was a female it just pissed me off. I just completed the call . I won’t be ordering from them again.

Food really good and service was great. It's nice to have something that doesn't feel so main stream and has a different flavor profile.

Best pizza in Fredericksburg!!!!!

I highly recommend Vocelli @ Salem Fields.I called in to place a large order & they were very friendly over the phone. I got there & decides to add to my order & to my surprise the lady attending to me, was soooo nice. She added to my order with actual pleasure in helping me decide. I am very happy with the service. The food was amazing. 10 out of 10.

Walked by a delivery girl as she was putting an order in her car, omg... the smell was horrible! Completely overpowered the pizza... tried to walk in to the store to order, it hung in the air...I've never smelled B'O' this bad. Even the locker room after high-school football never smelled this bad. I hope the management can get her to understand how it's a health issue for her, the staff, and customers... it actually made me puke and I can never eat their pizza again without smelling that putrid scent.
