Really nice facility, clean, friendly, and very welcoming. Jacob Fox, a server here, has great customer service. Gave me very thoughtful scoops of ice cream. The little things matter, great community at this Basket Robbin’s, and I prefer Bruster’s normally. Service made me want to revisit.

I’ve always been a huge fan of ice cream, but the Reese’s Layered Sundae at this Gainesville location is on a whole different level! The combination of peanut butter, chocolate chips, and rich ice cream is absolutely to die for. Beyond the treats, the staff here is incredible. They are always smiling, generous, and provide wonderful customer service. As someone who also works in the service industry, I truly appreciate the hard work and kindness this team shows every time...

Kid serving me ice cream was the nicest and best ice cream scooper I have met in a while! Baskin Robbins should hire more 14 year olds if they are going to be as polite as this young man. It’s safe to say that this man serves out happiness in a cone with a smile on his face everyday! ??
