Overcharge drinks like crazy, get a little thimble of a shot not an actual shot. Music was horrible. Bartenders/waitress didn’t like leaving behind the bar and would set our drinks on the counter expecting us to get up and get them. Only had house hookah available and it was worse and most expensive than the others. The waitress decided to change instead of help us, and came out wearing clothing that showed more skin than I saw clothes. On top of this horrible service I was surprised that my bill had an added 20% gratuity and wasn’t given the itemized check before paying. No where did it show this would be added to a party of 4. No lime provided for my water.

Wow, where do I start? From the hookah they have to their drinks and food, their happy hour specials during the week, and their events on weekends! I live in Reston, and I only come here because of the environment and service they provide. Their weekends are so much fun, they have the best DJs that add to the ambiance as a whole. I just love it here! Their hookahs don’t burn out quick which says a lot about the quality of things at Sapphire Lounge.

I’ve been coming here since they opened and i’ve received nothing but the best customer service. This establishment has the best hookah and drinks, and they have great happy hour specials Monday- Thursdays from 2PM-2AM. Definitely recommend going here.

Best customer service. Akbar was very polite brought us the hookah fresh very smooth. The bartenders and servers were very helpful aswell. I highly recommend this place. I didn’t get no overcharges or scammed or anything like other hookah bars. Try this place you won’t regret it.
