We love Arby’s and come here quite often and have never had a problem with obnoxious employees until our last experience while sitting in the drive through waiting on our food. Where we observed multiple grown employees behaving like children giggling, and genuinely just playing around. The drive thru worker was kind, respectful and counted my cash back to me. Something that should be done more frequently at other establishments. The food was hot and fresh. Very pricey so we can't eat there as often as we would like. But the customer service keeps us coming back.
Over the past couple years this place has really come back. It is so much cleaner and nicer than it used to be. If you enjoy Arby's sandwiches this is one of the most well kept restaurants you can go to
