Bojangles is a popular restaurant with a loyal following. The fried chicken is the star of the menu, known for being perfectly seasoned, crispy, juicy, and full of bold flavors. The made-from-scratch biscuits are highly recommended, especially when paired with country ham or smothered in rich sausage gravy. The Bo-Tato Rounds are a tasty side, offering a crispy and spiced twist on hash browns. For a full Southern feast, the Cajun Filet Biscuit with mac 'n' cheese is a great choice. Customers often find the food to be good, fresh, and served quickly. The staff are usually friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The inside of the restaurant is kept clean. While some spots at other locations may vary, this one tends to be a hit. Many customers appreciate the prompt service and the friendly staff, and the restaurant honors America's military veterans with a dedicated display and reserved parking space. Despite occasional issues like long wait times or limited availability of some items, many customers continue to visit Bojangles for its unique offerings and convenient location.
