Waited over 20 minutes for drinks. Waited over a hour and a half for food. Never again!
The last 2 times we have been to this Macado's, the service and kitchen were obscenely slow and the restaurant was not very busy. Tonight we waited an hour for 2 sandwiches and fries to come out and they were prepared wrong and cold. We didn't get silverware or napkins, either. I spoke to the manager and she asked, "What do you want me to do about it. I have a bunch of kids working here." She said she would discount the check but then never came back which is absurdly entertaining....read full review
no point in coming here, Saturday night 9 pm maybe 20 people in the place sat right down to wait 20 min and never see a waitress. don't waste ur time they obviously don't want your business
