This small restaurant located right off the main drag features local bbq designed off regional bbq favorites. You can find mention of the Carolinas, Texas, Missouri, Alabama, and Tennessee. I went with the Texas brisket, fried potatoes, and corn nuggets. The brisket was good - pulled version - which had a nice flavor and cooked nicely, not dried out. There a good variety of food to choose from. I hit pulled pork and brisket. They were both way too dry. The amount was good but I was so disappointed in the meats it made it hard to enjoy the rest of the food. I would have been more satisfied at a fast food restaurant.

Found this on trip advisor and decided to visit. Was not disappointed. The staff were super friendly and the food offerings had a nice variety of food. We tried a sample plate and was pleasantly suprised with the quality and taste of the offerings which included pork, corn, baked beans, chicken. The banana pudding was also a great tasting desert. Worth a visit when in Galax!
